When it came to the installation, they initially used CPVC and SharkBite fittings, which looked fine, but I mentioned I’d prefer PEX to match the rest of the plumbing. Eric didn’t hesitate for a second! He arranged for Gavin to come back and re-plumb everything with PEX, and they did it so quickly. The final setup looks absolutely fantastic! Smarter Water’s professionalism, attention to detail, and willingness to accommodate my preferences made the whole experience a breeze. For anyone thinking about using them, I say go for it! After Hurricane Milton, we had water intrusion in our bedroom. They immediately responded to assess the damage, came to start restoration that evening, and finished out the process two days later. Victor and the Pureoclean Team did an amazing job cleaning my mom's house after mildew built up due to a leaking air conditioning unit. Just had new counters installed where we lowered the height from our previous counters. There were two large areas that need repair. Davy’s team got out quickly and did a great job. The team was kind and clean. They laid out plastic to make sure they did not leave a mess. Would highly recommend!

Excellent work! Very knowledgeable! Davey offered tons of remodeling advice for this first time homeowner and is all around one of the good guys! He didn’t seem to just want my money, he cares about what he does! They showed up on time, I was very impressed by the measures they took to keep the dust off my furniture and floors, and best of all they cleaned up and left my home as if they were never here!! Will be using again for any future remodeling!!

This is a great Team. I had problems with drywall work done by a handyman... and Davy saved the day. Had to redo a crooked wall and an extention for a door. The drywall work is perfect.
