We purchased a new water system in 2019 after a nice old lady took time to explain the system. Four years later, more than half of the system needed replacing (pump leaked, bladder failed, and potassium tank failed). That isn't really the issue though. The techs are nice and educated. He tried to tighten bolts before replacing the pump and then, without my knowledge or permission, stopped by the next day to check the drip. Rather than call me, he stopped by and that resulted in a $100 service charge that I had to question. By now the nice old lady had retired and the owners daughter is too important to leave her desk and discuss anything. She instead has a loud conversation from behind a wall. Well, a few thousand dollars later I had new parts again. The pump would occasionally stutter-start. I couldn't get it on video though and I would often hear it at 3am. I eventually got it on record and reported it. Custom water quickly came and adjusted it and did indeed fix the problem. The issue however is that the one year warranty for a new pump and pressure tank did not cover this issue because "the tank is in the sunlight". Apparently sunlight voids warranty because it makes the water hot and increases pressure. The problem was sporadic for months and in the middle of the night. Its sad that the customer service has gone down hill and that they do not stand behind their product or installation. I reluctantly wrote them a check tonight that will probably be my last to them.
Just had an excellent experience with Alex. Iām a conscientious person so I had multiple people come out and Alex gave me exact info to get me back up and running with my water system and the price was fair based on price shopping. Highly recommend
I don't have a clue about our water system, I won't lie. I found Custom Water System's name from a Naples mom's group on FB. From the office rep that answered the phone to the tech that came out it was a friendly, easy experience. She was upfront on the trip charge and hourly rate and the tech Mark was fantastic. It ended up being an electric issue, but that being said when my electrician had additional questions Mark answered his phone and came back out to ensure everything was working properly. I would highly recommend them and am so grateful to have an honest company to turn to.

It's quite fun to swim here. I swim here for 4-four hours. The tickets were $20 per adult from outside of the county. There is no change room. There is no bar, no alcohol, no shop for food. Bring your own slippers. Bring your own food, water. There is a free restroom with no hot water. There are at least three life guards always waiting. There are a lot of plastic chairs and shezlongs for free. There is a feet washer water available. Toilets are clean here.
Very interesting place. I just visited (Jan 2025) and pretty much only the spring is open because of hurricane damage. Iāve heard very good things about the artifacts and whatnot that they usually have on display but that is currently unavailable. The gift shop, snack bar etc is still closed. Itās definitely something you donāt see every day. Be prepared for the sulfur smell it can be a lot to handle for some and you will probably want a shower after you get out of the spring. Luckily I went on a day that there was barely anyone there so it was enjoyable but I would not want to be there on a day that itās at capacity!

Great mineral springs. The minerals in this spring help people with all kinds of ailments. The lake's water smells like sulfur, but that is also some of the benefits of this lake.

It was my first time experiencing with mold and honestly I was freaking out. I had another mold company come I felt they were using some scared tactics on me. I am so glad I decided to call Affordable Water Restoration. I met Anthony who has this amazing personality and calming presence about him that made me feel less stressed out. He comforted me in many ways about my mold situation. He is Funny too!! From the beginning to end my experience with Anthony and his team was phenomenal. No matter how many times I called Anthony he was there for me. In the end they made sure the job was done and my condo was free of mold. You have a mold problem call them, you will not regret it!! We woke up on a Saturday morning to find 2 bedrooms in our condo were flooded. The team came out within an hour, cared about how they handled our property, took lots of photos, removed and numbered the baseboards and dried the carpets. Follow up visits were also excellent. I hope you never have this problem, but if you do, call Anthony and his team.
We were out of town when our condo flooded and they responded quickly and efficiently. They began work to get rid of water and damaged flooring right away. Took tons of pictures for us to use in our insurance claim. Staff and onsite workers were courteous, explained everything very well and detailed. No complaints at all!!
