We were extremely impressed with the level of service provided by the building restoration team. They were able to complete the job efficiently while still maintaining a high standard of quality.

They showed up at our house to do the initial assessment and found an inordinate amount of mold on both the main and second floors. They were very knowledgeable, explaining the options and allaying my concerns especially since my elderly mother also lives there. I was impressed by the quick turnaround time in their returning to get the job done. They were very considerate and careful with the furniture and broadloom in our home. They got rid of the mold and used natural products in the process which was a pleasant surprise. I would highly recommend them for their expertise, friendly customer service, and fair prices.

What a great experience working and dealing with this company. They made the process of the whole renovation less hassle for us especially we are working abroad. Starting from the planning stage, processing of permits, up to construction itself. The team really did a great job! Designs are also great.

We are currently 7 months past our renovation well when it was "completed." Tony silva and his crew were nothing if not a problem. The work had to be fixed to code several times before I would sign the COS. Now that the work has been done we are still having problems and I will not be using the 5 year maintenance contract, instead I'd rather pay for a decent company and crew to do a job the correct way the first time. The rest of the people at T and S restoration were fantastic. I highly recommend avoiding Tony silva and his crew. He may come off as very accommodating, but it's completely in the eyes of his company and not the people they were working for.

I was referred to T&S Restoration by my insurance company for a kitchen cabinet rebuild after a mold remediation. Monica was my project manager and she was wonderful throughout the entire process. She was professional and knowledgeable about the work that needed to be done and kept me informed all along the way. She was accommodating with my work schedule. The cabinet installation went smoothly. Miguel was the cabinet installer and his work was excellent. Very pleased with my rebuild. Would highly recommend.

He's the best well and pump service bar none. Experienced in the trade for decades, as is also the family, Family owned and proud veteran owned business. Fair prices and reliable service. Outstanding work. They were able to remove a very stuck pump in s 4 inch well case that was installed in 1996 (28 years old).

Salty would never want to hear me say this, but Salty is a Great Man! After defending our nation, he defended my Dining room! I’m a new home owner so please understand this is all new to me. I was putting up a corner shelf right behind a wall where my water heater pump was. I unknowingly drilled into the hot water line and the water shot across the entire back of my house! He put in my water softener so I knew him from that. He saved our asses! He came out and with the limited amount of supplies he had in his truck he fixed it! Thank God and Thank You Salty for being there like lightning and saving us! God Bless You!

I'm not much on posting reviews, but a month or so ago I was having a septic issue, so I checked around, made a few calls, then I called Doug at Rocket Rooter Plumbing....he said tomorrow or maybe he can get his tech to me later in the afternoon. .. Great, Jason (i believe his name was) showed up a couple hours later and went right to work. To make a Long story short....it wasn't an easy job as my septic was under my stone landscaping and poured concrete edging..... but this gentleman did a fine job, he worked through the obstacles and we decided to put risers in... beautiful job... I can't be more impressed. Call Doug at ROCKET ROOTER PLUMBING and I think you will be happy you did.

Yesterday I contacted Doug. I was having issues with my septic backing up. Due to hurricane Ian he could not send anyone out. He was helpful over the phone for some things to do and set an appointment for today. The crew showed up early!! Really nice couple of young men. Got right to work. Within an hour they had completed pumping out my espy tank and cleaned the filter! Very professional crew! Thanks Doug!! I highly recommend these folks if you have plumbing needs, especially septic, since that is the only service have used so far.

Needed my septic drained after 8 years and called this company. They sent out Lionel who had a great attitude and was very knowledgeable. He was genuine with providing tips on the septic service l in addition to draining the septic quickly. I would most certainly recommend this company if you live in the area.
