Outstanding work. They were able to remove a very stuck pump in s 4 inch well case that was installed in 1996 (28 years old).

Salty would never want to hear me say this, but Salty is a Great Man! After defending our nation, he defended my Dining room! I’m a new home owner so please understand this is all new to me. I was putting up a corner shelf right behind a wall where my water heater pump was. I unknowingly drilled into the hot water line and the water shot across the entire back of my house! He put in my water softener so I knew him from that. He saved our asses! He came out and with the limited amount of supplies he had in his truck he fixed it! Thank God and Thank You Salty for being there like lightning and saving us! God Bless You!

We like that this company is not a big corporation, but locally owned and operated by honest, hard-working folks! They’ve put together a great team for sure. Brad, the owner, and Andy, the General Manager are both quite knowledgeable about the claim process and are willing to help clients through that overwhelming and confusing process, all while working to get your home cleaned up and sanitized quickly and efficiently. Utilizing this company during a difficult, dirty, emotional and trying time is a smart move!

Nick is the best! He explained thoroughly to us what we needed to know about soft water, answered our questions and very patient. He did everything he could so we can get qualified and have our system installed. And it didnt end uo there, he followed up after and made sure we are satisfied with the service and the system. We had Nick come out for an estimate and he was patient and very knowledgeable. He spent a lot of time explaining the system and the benefits of installing the system and we were sold. Nick is very friendly and was helpful even afterwards answering questions we had. Alex came out three days later and installed our system. Nick came out and explained all the details of our water system. He gave us all the options and walked us thru all the details of water from a well and what is needed. We are in a new build and have never had a well before and did not know anything honestly. He was very patient and took his time. He called back and came by after the system was put in to make sure we understood everything . Alex came out and put in the system and explained to my husband what everything did and how to service it himself. He spent a lot of time making sure my husband knew exactly what had to be done and how often. Overall it was a great experience and will gladly recommend them.

Deceptive, get the prices up front, I was charged over 2k and the job was never completed, wanted over 600.00 to replace sump pump power pole, even tho 2 invoices said they would return on Monday to replace it. Was charged labor rates for 4 hours when they couldn’t figure out an obvious problem

We bought a Quick Move In home that someone before us was unable to complete. The process seemed easy enough. We had come for a vacation and we ended up selling our home & closing escrow in record time. 44 days in fact! Allen Minassian was wonderful to work with and he continued to help us even after we closed. John Owens was so awesome at explaining all the details of our home to us and making sure we were 100% satisfied with our home and how to care for it. Our home came with a fantastic warranty and we look forward to making this our forever home. The Community is stunning, so many things to offer. Our new neighbors are so nice and welcoming it's just a beautiful place to live!

I've spent enough time in Stone Creek to have seen and experienced a lot. No I do not have years of experience like folks who have lived there for years. But enough to have formed an opinion. Del Webb Stone Creek is by no means perfect. But truth be told, what really is? Stone Creek is nicer than most of the communities that we visited . And we visited quite a few in many areas in the state. I found that Stone Creek manages to hit a balance between true resort style living with almost Disney manicured facilities and grounds. And not being too much in price, residents and just too much of everything. Without a doubt there will be nicer, fancier or whatever places that folks may prefer. But the communities that I would consider in this category also come with down sides. This might be location, price, and a host of other down sides. Again, this is just my opinion. Yours may differ. Stone creek has nicely kept and manicured grounds throughout the community. Reflection Bay has a beautiful club house, with a second building almost completed. They have a third building housing the Spa, with a beautiful gym, indoor pool, sauna and hot tub. Behind the buildings is an awesome resort style pool and hot tub. It is just a well done set up. Yes there will be some negatives. But Im sure the positives far outweigh the negatives. The Reflexion Bay complex also houses other amenities like a dog park, community garden, softball field, basket ball courts, horse shoe pits, a pavilion, Bocce courts, tennis courts, pickleball courts, and so on. Stone creek is located close enough to a lot of stores, restaurants and services that one may want. Yet just far enough off the beaten path to provide calm quiet living. Of course there's no guarantee how the area will build up in the future. But for now, Stone Creek is close enough, yet far enough away at the same time. Stone Creek has a golf course and restaurant on site, both open to the public. I took some pictures in December 2023 for this review, that of course I will include. I'm not saying Stone Creek is perfect or that's it's for everybody. I'm only saying that I found it enticing enough to write a decent review. I find it a good compromise between grand living in a resort environment, yet reasonably priced and rural enough to actually enjoy the area. It's just worth taking a look for yourself.

The whole build process was so smooth. Everyone was so helpful. Our sales rep, Darren was exceptional, our design consultant, Nikki, helped us with our vision and our construction manager, Richard, brought our dream to life! Cannot thank this team enough!
