I had a wonderful experience at Sulphur Springs! The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the staff was friendly and attentive. The food was delicious and fresh, with great flavor in every dish. I can't wait to come back for another meal! Highly recommend!

APD is exactly the type of vendor you look for when a problem arises. We had water intrusion in our garage during tow heavy rainstorms. APD was very responsive, showed up on time, took the necessary time to analyze the situation, explained the options for fixing the problem and quickly got to work. Patrick (who did the work) was exceptional. He explained the process well, was personable and professional, started and finished the job on time, and kept us appraised of his progress. While we still don't know whether the solution has worked, this is a first rate company.

We had APD Foundation Repair do a repair for us from damage done by storm runoff. Glenn was very professional and answered all questions. Great place to visit, beautiful scenery, view of the river and the iconic tower is spectacular. There is a trail along the river that take you to th Sulphur Springs Park and under the 275 expressway. Bring you camera, there is a lot of wildlife ready to have their picture taken. Caution, very few visitors, maybe due to a few caraters that seen to have mental or drug issues. My advise is to never visit the place alone and do not interact with the mentioned individuals.

Pretty bleak for a park. I guess the main experience is the tower, but no one expect vagrance lives in there. Expect no playground, water pad or even viewing experience of the tower. If you take the trail underneath the bridge (if open), it will lead you to a more quaint part of the Hillsborough river. A lot of homeless people fishing or using drugs in the race track parking lot, but that's life. With a little TLC and monitoring, this location could provide an awesome haven awat from the hustle and bustle of the city!

This was a cool little random find for my brother and I to visit while in the Tampa area. Not a whole lot to the park (regretfully we didn't go over to the river), but it features a nice sized parking lot, natural beauty covered in Spanish moss, and, of course, the old standpipe tower! I was hoping to access the top, but they have it pretty well sealed...but the gothic carvings were neat, and the tower quite photogenic. Apparently they light the top up at night, too.

Having previously lived in the Temple Terrace area and experiencing a water issue in our home at the time, I wish we would have had a SERVPRO franchise in the area.
