I love the fact that all these little communities ahve their own private place to cool off that only community members can access. This one has a big splash pad AND massive water slides, so....win.

Really like the addition of the pool and slides. Don't forget sunscreen as you will want to stay there all day!

This pool/water park is great for residence of the Nocatee developments. I went with a friend who lives in the area and we had a great time with his neighbors. There are food and drink options for sale at decent prices. The parking is ample and plenty of spots for golf carts. The lazy river is fun and there are some small water slides. There are multiple pools, including one for 21+.

Very nice place. Almost like a resort. Everyone was very kind and friendly. Had a lazy river, adult pool, kids pool, zip line, and cabanas.

My experience with AFSW has been great. Shane was very thorough explaining the whole process with me. He was not pushy at all. Their price was competitive and the quality of the softener seems top notch. Dustin did the install and was very helpful and attentive to my requests. He made sure to explain the functions of the unit to me thoroughly. I am very pleased with the install and am optimistic that the customer service will be great.

Mike was amazing and did a great job installing reverse osmosis water filter. It is so nice to no longer having to buy plastic jugs of spring water. We also had water softener installed earlier this year with same company. Shane, the owner responded immediately and scheduled us for next day. We are very happy with product, service and overall experience, highly recommend this business.

Where do I begin? I submitted a request on Friday morning and received a call right away! They were ready to come out the same day, but since it wasn’t urgent, we scheduled for Monday instead. The communication was outstanding—I received two updates on the ETA, which was much appreciated! DJ and Andy (the crew) arrived, diagnosed the issue in minutes, and even had the replacement part (a new toilet) with them on the truck! Within 90 minutes of their arrival, I had a clear diagnosis and a new toilet installed. The crew took the time to explain my options, walked me through the product, and answered my many questions with patience and clarity. The team was polite, professional, and FAST! No one wants plumbing issues, but when you have a team as amazing as Totally Hooked handling is, it makes the process so much easier to deal with!

I recently had the pleasure of working with "The Grateful Plumber" to install a bidet and replace three old water heater pipes with shut-off valves. Patrick, the plumber, was exceptional. He took the time to explain every step of the process in detail. Patrick was incredibly friendly and approachable, happily answering my questions, even during the installation. The quote they offered me was well within my budget, and at no time did they try to sell me a new water heater in the quote, unlike another well-known company that provided me with my first quote. Patrick's professionalism and thoroughness made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend "The Grateful Plumber" and Patrick for any plumbing needs!

I own a construction company and hired Grateful Plumber to come unclog a grease plug in the drain pipe under the kitchen slab for a kitchen remodel I was doing. No materials were purchased, just labor and tools provided to unclog the drain. They got the drain working again, which was great, but they charged $999 for someone to be there for under two hours. This was after I paid $99 for the service call and then no one called to tell me it would be another $900 to have the work done. They just did it and then called me with the price! I have no problem with the service (they did a great job of what they were hired to do), but I would never call them again because of their pricing. And before they can respond with the old spiel of "inflation" blah blah blah, I am a GC and work with numerous plumbers. NO ONE is charging this much for labor. Unfortunately none of my guys could get out there in time, so I was trying these guys out. It will be my last time and I highly suggest anyone else looking for a plumber gets multiple quotes if you're thinking about using these guys.

Harrison and Steve did an absolutely WONDERFUL job. My fiance and I had just bought this house and found out the plumbing was completely shot. Harrison came and scoped it and was professional and polite. Very insightful. Took them only TWO days to completely replace my drain system and now it works like MAGIC. You absolutely must give him a raise!!! Wonderful and professional, thank you guys SO MUCH. And we will absolutely be back if we ever need a plumber again!!!!
