I lived in pelican point over 13 years. Pelican point has the usual HOA shenanigans going on, and usual restrictive rules. No big deal. Pelican Pointe homes are all tightly packed together, so you will know your neighbor rather well... Perhaps better than you want to. Food served at the clubhouse, restaurant, special events... IS AVERGAGE, AT BEST...You have been warned! The golf course is allegedly above average... That's what the golfers tell me. I have just recently moved to Myakka Valley Ranches... 6 acres of good land! I will never go back! Pelican point is nice, if you like tract-style homes and golfing. I have included photos of the day after the hurricane, last year... And karen, my awesome canine companion

Nice Summer course for $50 but way overpriced in the Winter months, the snowbirds can pay that inflated rate but NOT ME , I will play comparable courses in Bradenton for a WAY cheaper rate

Staff was cordial at check in. Played Sunday morning with 1 member and 2 others. Good company. Course has a nice layout to it. Typical Florida golf winding through the homes in the village. Greens were excellent with speed. Only draw back was the winter over seed is still growing in and the course is wet and fairways are a little high. All and all really nice track. Definitely worth the money. Will be back on my next visit.

Had a no water situation and a hydrogen sulfide odor smell thst we let go on too long. One phone call later and we had the water on same day, and a new system installed very shortly thereafter. No high pressure sales tactics and we were given options instead of the most expensive or profitable one for the company. Good, knowledgeable technician and friendly service with affordable prices is a rare combination these days.

Ian tore off our old system. Eco set us up with a softener, iron remover, and under sink 3 filter RO system. Our water is great now!!!

Love my new water system. It was installed without a hitch. I saved some water before the system was installed and then did a taste test after and was amazed at the difference in the taste. So pure now without any chlorine taste or smell. I feel so much better just knowing that I'm not showering in the chlorinated water. My hair feels great and my skin too. I highly recommend this water system - have it installed and then forget about it!

We had Allini Waters system installed in our home and it is fabulous my hair is so soft! Everyone that comes to visits always raves about the water, it’s the best tasting they’ve ever had! The sales staff is exceptional and very knowledgeable.

Product did not work for us. The water smells and tastes bad.

Pelican Pro has been my go to for years. Great job on cleaning my roof with no damage to landscaping. Power washing our home and window cleaning as well. I highly recommend Jacob and his team

We chose this company because they were veteran owned, competitive and accessible. They have a fairly savvy automated setup with regards to their logistics communications which we appreciate. We knew when we were confirmed, when they were on their way etc. Jacob and Aaron are super kind, respectful and hardworking individuals. When a few minor details were brought to their attention they immediately and respectfully resolved them. Ultimately, their work speaks for itself, but more importantly, these gentlemen affirm a sense of trust, positive attitude and respect that is rare.

Scott was highly attentive and thorough. He provided multiple options for different levels of mould remediation and budgetary constraints. He even offered to help work with our insurance company to ensure the claim went through. Highly recommend!

Had black mold in my apartment. Not only did they read my test results and direct me to the right people to help get better but also recommend great attorneys to work with. Had my car detailed demolded and it was absolutely beautiful and cleaner than it was when I bought it. Amazing work and they worked with me on cost since I lost everything in the mold. Will be cleaning all my furniture when I'm ready to move. Thank you!

I had a flood into my house and I tried calling many other companies but all they were going to do is tare out drywall, dry out the place and that’s all. What about the mold? I fired them and so glad I found Scott @ American Mold Experts. He was able to do so all those things hit also guaranteed the mold would be gone and even educated us on how to prevent mold in the future. I highly recommend American Mold Experts :))
