Pine Island Plumbing LLC - St James City

The well they drilled is 2 years old and pouring sand into my house through every faucet. They only warranty their wells for 1 year... My house was barely finished 1 year after the well was drilled. I submitted an online form notifying them that the well was filling in with sand and was never contacted about back. I've seen 75 year old functioning wells and these people couldn't even get theirs to last 2 years. High volume, low quality, and willing to leave their customers stranded with a big bill for a new well or remediation.

Extremely happy with the whole team over at Honc Industries! Hired them to demo my two story brick house and remove several large trees on the property. Baylie was especially helpful, as she kept me fully informed along the way, including helping me with the steps I needed to take care of, so her team could get in there and get the job done. Thank you guys!

When it was time to hook up to my city water and dual-use water I received 3 quotes. Honc was the most reasonable. They arrived on time and were extremely friendly and professional. They even managed to work around my existing landscape (which I was told would not be possible). I can't say enough nice things about this company and I highly recommend them!!

My sister called to have Mom's water heater replaced. Someone came out within an hour or so, confirmed it needed to be replaced, and got it done the same day. Danielle, in the office, was great to deal with when trying to pay the invoice long-distance. The work was top-notch and the experience was professional all around. Highly recommend!

Our Pine Island, Florida, water meter sprang a big leak at the water meter. My temporary repairs still leaked. Jake from Joel's Plumbing responded first thing Monday and completed repairs in an hour. A very fast and clean repair job with some needed new parts. Very reasonable cost for service call, parts and labor. They are local and efficient. Two reasons to use their services. Hope they also can install hot water heaters and dish washers?

We have been using and referring others to Joel's Plumbing for years now. Today Joel's came out to fix a broken valve behind washing machine. The service tech, Jake, was very polite, professional and explained everything in a manner that I could understand. I appreciate that they are keeping their prices fair and honest post Ian, unlike so many other contractors that are charging double or more. I highly recommend Joel's Plumbing for any plumbing needs.

Stopped in right before the lunch crowd came rolling in. Blackened fish tacos and a beef crunch wrap. Wonderful off the beaten path place all around. Service was excellent. We got to chat with our server while waiting for our food. Laid back with seating out over looking some docks and water. Giant tiki chair was cute as well. Highly recommend

Just visited for the first time and I cannot say enough good things about this place. Relaxed and inviting atmosphere. I was welcomed with my dog to sit on the many tables just outside of the main bar and restaurant area. They even provide a water bowl for your dog! For lunch I had the shrimp fajitas. To be honest, it was more like a shrimp taco... But they were so completely delicious that I don't care what they were called. These were loaded with fresh local shrimp, and the sweet tangy marinade with the peppers blended so perfectly with the light sweet flavor of the shrimp. I did not expect to find lunch food this good at a random tiki bar. But Low Key Tiki definitely delivered. Five stars is an understatement for my experience with the food, the staff, and the atmosphere. My dog and I are both leaving very happy.

Low key is exactly the right way to describe this little gem. Beer and bar food, They have 3 TVs if you want to watch some sport, but I've not been there when the sound has been turned up. My go to food is blackened fish taco or wings, although some of their specials have been really good, like shepherds pie or pulled pork tacos and sausage burger. The staff are great and really look after their customers. Thursday is music night. This is where we go to unwind from the week. It's the perfect place to separate our work week from the weekend.

I lived in pelican point over 13 years. Pelican point has the usual HOA shenanigans going on, and usual restrictive rules. No big deal. Pelican Pointe homes are all tightly packed together, so you will know your neighbor rather well... Perhaps better than you want to. Food served at the clubhouse, restaurant, special events... IS AVERGAGE, AT BEST...You have been warned! The golf course is allegedly above average... That's what the golfers tell me. I have just recently moved to Myakka Valley Ranches... 6 acres of good land! I will never go back! Pelican point is nice, if you like tract-style homes and golfing. I have included photos of the day after the hurricane, last year... And karen, my awesome canine companion

Nice Summer course for $50 but way overpriced in the Winter months, the snowbirds can pay that inflated rate but NOT ME , I will play comparable courses in Bradenton for a WAY cheaper rate

Staff was cordial at check in. Played Sunday morning with 1 member and 2 others. Good company. Course has a nice layout to it. Typical Florida golf winding through the homes in the village. Greens were excellent with speed. Only draw back was the winter over seed is still growing in and the course is wet and fairways are a little high. All and all really nice track. Definitely worth the money. Will be back on my next visit.
