One of the most expensive plumbers you can find. They do give you a free estimate but be prepared for the sticker shock after that. I asked them to connect a kitchen double sink after I preplaced the old sink. Considering that I supplied the sink and all materials other than the connecting pipe to the wall the estimate was for $1,395. Forget about medical or law school go and become a plumber instead.

Be prepared to come off a lot of money when using this plumber. We had a leak on our backflow and they charged us $1,040.25 for repair. To top it off, it’s still leaking.

Tyler the gm represented the company the way a company should when there is miscommunication. Whole sewer system currently being relined. Vinny and his crew are doing a great job.

So a leak had been found in my master bathroom. Joe Restoration emergency services first sent out for drying, then mold was detected. Sean was amazing with the dry out part. Bruno, Lydia & the team have been working so hard removing everything in the bathroom & now the mold microbial treatment is in place. I’m a single mom of a 12 year old nonverbal boy with autism so Bruno was so incredibly thorough with explaining everything to me. Making sure I had everything I needed out of the room. I have had an ongoing leak in the top of my sliding glass doors from the bonus room to the outside deck.. I called my insurance company on Monday of this week and they assigned Joe Taylor Restoration to inspect the inside of the room experiencing water intrusion. The people who have been here are an incredible group of three men working very hard to discover and protect my house from mold created by a pipe that burst in my laundry room. Water entered there and moved into my bedroom. The three men worked to reveal all damage and prepared to remove the mold. They were relentless in drying and preparing my rooms for mitigation. They were extremely respectful and careful in this work. I am incredibly impressed with their kind regard for my own safety and all the stress I experienced. I wouldn’t hesitate to call on them in the future. Ryan, Brian, and Martin are some of the best professionals I have encountered in my lifetime. Thank you so very much. Homeowners beware I called this company because of their ratings, we had a hot water heater leak. They came out like superheroes to dry up the water. They set up the big dryers and when I say everything in that room was dried out everything was dried and dehydrated. Those dehumidifiers ran for a week versus the required 72 hours. The sales tactic is that if there’s water, there’s mold ‘don’t you wanna protect your family, pay it in cash then the insurance will cover it if there’s 10 ft.² of mold” They could not provide my insurance company with proof of why they removed so much drywall. Now I’m having to figure out how to get drywall for an L-shaped wall. Insurance will not cover ‘unnecessary repairs due to the water damage.’ There was mold ONLY behind the baseboards. Peep the sales tactic of “look you have mold surely more than 10 square feet. Alright so despite the headache that I’m having from learning lessons in this process, Kevin did seem friendly, he did not explain the separate charges for mold versus water clean and he is still a sales person so to any homeowner I would say be patient make a claim to your insurance company and just use their vendors that way the only out-of-pocket expenses you have is your deductibles and everything gets corrected and fixed. we do not have the cash to pay for drywall replacement in our laundry room because we paid $4,200 for the ‘mold remediation’ out of pocket vs waiting for the insurance contractors. Kristyl was very friendly and took a lot of time to explain to me what is owed. Also the guys who did the ‘demo work’ did nice clean jobs. I find it appropriate based on the sales tactic for other homeowners to not get ‘scammed into fear’ to give 3 stars. It seems as though everyone we dealt with was genuine with the exception of the sales guy, kevin. Do yourself a favor and even if you use them, go through your insurance step by step vs listening to anyone selling you their services. Or insurance adjuster and examiners we pretty adamant that there’s no reason for them to have cut so much of our walls out. That blue square tap in the first photo is what the insurance will cover for drywall as that is where the leak was from.

I called Protegrity Restoration and spoke with Brian & Eric. They sent the inspector Thaddeaus out within a few hours. It was a pleasure working with him. He had a very warm & friendly personality. After Hurricane Helene Brianne was amazing. She was so kind and compassionate. She showed us empathy with our situation even as her family was suffering themselves. Brianna was there to answer my questions anytime of day. She answered her phone no matter what time it was. While dealing with so many others in the same position as me.
