David Murphy and his team at Tartan Construction did an absolutely outstanding job on the construction of a new half bathroom inside my home. From start to finish, they were very straightforward, courteous and professional in every respect with very reasonable prices for their services. They also had no issues accommodating design changes after commencement of work. Despite the project running significantly longer than anticipated due to unforeseen challenges, not only did Tartan refuse to compromise on quality for the sake of expediency, but they absorbed the cost overruns without charging me any more than what was originally agreed upon. I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone who asks and would definitely use their services in the future!

I contacted Tartan Construction to install a porch swing on my new house front porch. They were on time, prepared, and extremely professional. They even located an error made by our home builder and corrected it. The best part was the supervisor showed me the issue, explained what was needed to correct, and proceeded to do it immediately. When they were done, I remarked to my wife that if you had not been there to see the process, you’d never have known they were there except to see the addition of the swing. Superior job by Tyler Belanger and his helpers, Emmanuel and Michelle. Should we need further contracting work, I know exactly who we will call.

We had two wood columns in the front of our home that needed to be replaced. I decided to call Tartan Construction and I’m glad I did. Dave gave me a good estimate and he and his crew were a pleasure to work with. They replaced the inferior materials that the builder used with the finest materials available and the new columns look great. We couldn’t be more pleased and recommend Tartan for your home construction needs.

Absolutely fraudulent company, not to mention constantly poor water quality - cancer causing quality reports and untold boil notices. If I could leave zero stars I would. No accountability or competition to they get away with doing whatever they feel like passing down to the customer as a privately owned utility company. Someone needs to be held accountable and we need another option for water in Pace, FL. You know it’s bad when people are driven to leave google reviews. Hoping someone reads this and sees an opportunity to bring new infrastructure to Pace, FL.

This company is horrible! Please save yourself the headache and choose a different water company. My account was closed with them almost 3 months ago. They still haven’t sent me my refund for the deposit I paid. They continue to tell me it’ll take another 4 weeks to receive. I’m convinced that I’m never getting it. My final read was done over 2 months ago. I cannot understand how hard it is to write a check and put it in the mailbox ‍♀️ I really don’t think their job is that hard considering they barely deal with customers because they won’t answer the phones! Trust me I’ve been in their office in person and watched numerous people ignore a phone that was ringing. I’ve already reported them to the BBB.

Water was shut off w/o notification in writing 16 OCT. We were on auto-pay. They changed their "system" over in FEB with NO notice, so 8 months in which they should have drafted from the same bank accout. No notice on impending shut off. Extra $75 to turn the water back on with the 10% penalty added for their mistake. Also, trying to look at our account online, our account is inaccessable. As of 17 OCT on their own website they're still admitting their system is not worked out. No state agency, nor the county has any juristiction over them. 10 day period of final notice by mail, certified, phone call, email, in-person "they don't do that". This is out right fraud. Other water utilities in the state cannot get away from this behavior. I'm going to tell people to stay away from Pace and Santa Rosa County. (edit) Apparently I'm not the only one they've done this to. One in the office while I was there, and reviews...

I never usually treat myself but I am so happy I decided to get a facial & massage at Still Waters !!! Take this as your sign! My facial was done by Brandy and not only did it feel AMAZING but she was so knowledgeable about my skin type and helped me figure out problem spots I’ve had trouble with for years!! Then I had my massage with Tosha and I can’t brag enough. I’ve never had a massage before so I was a little nervous but she made me feel so comfortable and at ease. Both these employees were very professional but also made me feel at home in their care. I can’t wait to come back!! 10/10

I had a great first experience! As soon as you enter you feel pampered with the robe and slippers! It was just what I needed! Birthday gift to myself, amazing massage completed by Ben, probably the best one I have had in a long time! I added the scalp add on and the foot add on, definitely was worth it! Loved every bit of it! Definitely recommend! I will definitely be back!

I first started coming to Still Waters about a year and a half ago. A friend recommended their facials so I decided to make an appointment and give it a try! I loved my facial with Megan so much that I signed up for their monthly membership and haven’t looked back. I went throughout my entire pregnancy and even after while nursing. As a new mom it’s definitely something I look forward to every month and it gives me a solid hour of “me time.” I highly recommend giving Still Waters a try! I plan to make an appointment for laser removal soon and feel comfortable with their wonderfully trained staff. 10/10

Kelvin and Accutec did the best job for me. My ceramic tiles were so dirty and dingy but he made them sparkle. The bedroom carpets look virtually new. There is an incredible freshness now because he took the time to do a fabulous job. I will always use Accutec. I will always recommend Accutec. Thank you Kelvin!

Outstanding work! Highly recommend Kelvin and his team! I've had this company out to my home a couple of times. First time, when we had carpet through out. Old carpet on it's last leg, after treatment by Accutech stubborn spots were gone, carpet fresh and clean. Second time, for porcelain tile in our bathroom. Again, like new after treatment. We have since replaced the old carpeting with beautiful Cortec, supposedly easy to clean with any product. I was having a hard time finding a product that cleaned well without leaving a residue. Kelvin recommended a product I can get at Home Depot or Lowes. LOVE IT! Works like a charm and I will definitely be using Accutechs services again as we need. You won't be disappointed!

Very efficient, experienced, professional, skilled service from Dean corrected a blocked main drain that had caused sewer backup. Firm prices and options were provided in advance. He rapidly did a superior job and reinstalled my toilet better than it had been before. Scheduling was also fast, pleasant and easy with very nice staff. Highly recommend both the company and Dean!!

From the time I placed the call to the arrival of the plumbing crew took an hour. Everyone was extremely professional, courteous and thorough. The problem was minor and a solution provided. I can’t thank this company enough. I’d highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs

Where to start! After a horrible experience with another company I called this place in desperate need of someone to empty and service an above ground grease trap that we were pretty sure was never serviced… we are new owners to an existing restaurant. They worked us into that days schedule and even arrived two hours early as the tech had finished the previous job early. He was very thorough and o could tell he knew what he was doing which put me at ease. He presented options to me for the service needed and explained the difference in the service included in each option. He did magic work on our grease trap! It’s looks amazing and the drains are clear! Very grateful for their customer service person being compassionate to our urgent situation and grateful that the technician was so knowledgeable and kind. 100% recommend!

We had an emergency on Christmas Eve, called all around an obviously they were all closed. Called this company and they sent Steve who immediately got to work and was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He identified the issue quickly and gave us the exact information we needed to resovle the issue, which we did the next day thanks to him. This is the company to call for emergencies and I behoove you to request Steve if possible.

Had a burst water main & Benjamin Franklin Plumbing came out and re-piped my entire house to the city line. I initially had 0 problem with the job or the company. But this was on July 19th of 2016…fast forward to 3 weeks ago when I called for a simple request…I’m planning on selling my house shortly and was just looking for the documentation to show the new buyers that my home has been repiped by professionals. I’ve since called back 4 times now and the response is to put me on hold and give me absolutely 0 information apart from that they can’t find any record whatsoever of working at my home. I’ve been told that the company isn’t owned by the same people (it was Benjamin Franklin then and it is the same now), been asked what proof I had, had absolutely 0 call back from any manager, they refuse to give me a contact or email address of someone above the call center rep. Last call I finally got through to a call center supervisor named Nicholas…that was two weeks ago and I was told everything I was telling him was “tracking” and that he would get back to me with more information. That was two weeks ago. I’m sorry but when you ask a so called reputable company for simple contact information for someone higher up in the company and they flat out refuse that is a massive red flag. My fault apparently for paying cash for this job as I was a new homeowner at the time and definitely feel advantage of now. Not to mention it turns out they didn’t even pull a permit so now I get to deal with that also. Before allowing this company to do any work on your home make sure they have all the permits pulled and you get your invoices! I am happy they are at least accredited with the Better Business Bureau because I will be contacting them next and also the county. I’m quite positive that I’m wasting my time writing this review as I’m sure it will not warrant a phone call back from management. Hopefully it will help someone else and I’m sure I’m not the first or last person this has been done to.

Steve Buzzle review Who does this ?!?! I’ve never posted a review, but I encountered a very special person last night. All I needed was a faucet switched out for my washing machine. The technician, Steve Buzzle with Franklin plumbing had described to me in digestible detail what he was about to do to make sure I was comfortable with it. I was and he proceeded to change out the faucet for the washing machine. One of the initial steps, of course, is to turn the water main off, which he said would be simple. I walked out with him and he uncovered the lid to the underground water main only to discover a huge, very populated beehive! I was ready for him to turn around and say “Sorry sir, this is not what we do. Please get the beehive removed, then give us a call and we will return.” Instead, he made attempts to reach in to the opening, but there were just too many bees swarming. He asked me if I had any insect spray. He found some in my garage, went and sprayed the area and went back inside to do another small project for me. He asked me if I would assist him when he finished that small project. I told him I would. I sat down to watch TV with my wife. About 30 minutes later he he came into the living room and said “OK I’m finished.” He didn’t even come and let me know when he was ready to go back out because my wife and I were watching TV and he didn’t want to disturb us. Instead he went out and faced those bees by himself and there were a lot of them still alive! Steve needs to give seminars in amazing customer service!
