Nexus came out to the house after the storm and the guys were thorough in getting a full assessment. They made an already painful and stressful situation a little less difficult by explaining what all would need to be done. Being that the house had over 3 feet of water in some areas they started by bringing in the big dog equipment and extracting the remaining water and then they were able to begin the real work of repairing and restoring the floors and. They were great. We hope to not need them again, but if we did — we know who were calling!

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the services provided by your company. I hired your company to clean up the flood damage that occurred in my home in April 2023. While the initial work was satisfactory, I discovered significant issues upon returning home. Firstly, I noticed a large gash in my tile flooring, which was not present before the flood. Despite providing photographic evidence, your company initially denied responsibility but later accepted liability and offered a $700 discount on the bill and did a patch job with grout. Furthermore, after receiving the insurance payout and beginning the process of restoring my home, I discovered that several items were missing, including my barber clippers, the wheels to my brand-new generator, and other belongings. When I brought this to the attention of the manager, she denied any wrongdoing and asserted that the company does not engage in theft. It is important to note that these issues were not discovered immediately due to the extensive damage and disruption caused by the flood. However, I believe it is crucial to address these concerns as they reflect poorly on the professionalism and integrity of your company. I would strongly advise against recommending your services to others and caution potential customers to be wary of the issues I have encountered. Thank you for your attention to this matter. My experience was horrible. They did more damage than the actual water damage. Their services were paid in full by my insurance company and 2 years later claim that I owe them over $10000. I refused to pay and 2 years later so a total of 4 years after the work. They sent me to collection . Hired an attorney now . DO NOT EVER USE THEM

I had the pleasure of working with Julio. I called Restoration Maintenance on a Saturday and Julio came out within 45 min. My mother’s unit in Boca had a pipe leak from the unit up top and water had spread in multiple areas of the home. Julio placed 3 units to help remove the humidity from the walls.
