It was so powerful that it penetrated the ceiling opening up a hole. The water trickled down flooding the floor and the walls. We experienced a broken pipe on the 3rd floor of our home, in which water ran all the way through the walls, floors, and ceilings down to the ground floor. We called PuroClean and they were at the house in 45 minutes, with a dozen fans and dehumidifiers which they immediately set up. The initial quote seemed high UNTIL we saw all of the work they did on the second day... they came by at 10am and were at the house until 5pm assessing the moisture levels, setting up painters plastic to concentrate air flow, drilling necessary holes and removing baseboards to access all of the moisture. I was impressed with their dedication to drying out our house the best that they could. I also appreciated their professionalism, kindness and compassion for our situation. Their receptionist was also very kind and communicative and it was very easy to reach the team at all hours. We even had to call Juan at 9pm when a dehumidifier shut off and in 5 min he was in his car on his way over to help us and resolved the issue. Juan and his team went above and beyond, and I really feel that they saved our house from extensive damage. After the week's worth of work they did here, I feel the initial quote was extremely reasonable. I can't recommend these guys enough.

I live out of state and scheduled the cleanup with PuroClean and then on the day that work was scheduled, after I flew down special, the owner, Mr. Castro, reneged on the deal even though his own person had estimated the job. Imagine if I had been the one to renege on our signed contract! Don't use them. Use Junkluggers instead. Compare my 5 star review of Junkluggers (of Broward West and Palm Beach South): I needed to use this company to clean up a condo in Delray. It was full of junk. They initially quoted me a price slightly higher than some other quotes, but then lowered their price to the same or even slightly lower than the others. I'm glad I chose them as the main contact, Diana, was very easy to work with, and the employees they used were very hard-working and extraordinarily pleasant to deal with. Kiah and Isaac the first two days were terrific and Pablo who replaced Isaac on the third morning was also. Whatever you do, don't use PuroClean. They quoted me a price that was originally lower than Junkluggers, then higher when Junkluggers lowered its price. But I decided to stay with PuroClean rather than save a mere $100. And then had a terrible experience with PuroClean, described above

Daniel came to my house in the middle of the night and quickly cleaned up the water. He told me he was going to ‘bake’ my house . And he did!!!! See photo. He used his ‘laser gun’ to assess the moisture level in the walls. As a scientist, I appreciate such methods. Because of that the contractors did not have to remove any drywall and there was no mold anywhere!! When such traumatic things happen, you should trust that Puroclean will do excellent work!!!

As with any construction project, there are bound to be difficulties, and they made sure that all of them were addressed immediately and properly. They went beyond my expectations... The owner was fantastic... I phoned all the time since we were dealing with so many situations that were beyond his control, and he handled everything and made sure I was taken care of. I just had Roto-Rooter come out to remove a toilet and replace it with a new Toto toilet that I supplied. The entire experience was pleasant, professional and enjoyable. It was super easy to set up an appointment on-line. Roto-Rooter called me to let me know the technicians were on their way. The technicians, Dhidson and Wesley were professional, pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. Dhidson was the principal plumber, Wesley was in training. They were dressed in uniforms, had a professional truck and they both had name tags and id’s. They gave me a fair price to remove the old toilet and to install the new toilet. I accepted. They began the work immediately. The job was a little challenging due to the technicians had to drill new flange holes for a Toto toilet. They had to drill through the floor tile and the floor concrete to secure the anchor bolts. Dhidson and Wesley did a great job. No complications or damage to the floor tile. They respected my home, and cleaned up everything. I was very happy with Roto-Rooter, the booking experience, the price and especially with the technicians, Dhidson and Wesley. I would definitely use Roto-Rooter again!!!

Rafael showed up, on time, & gave us an assessment of our water heater from 2010. It was not repairable & seemed to be leaking. We purchased a new one & Rafael gave us an estimate for the replacement of the hot water heater & went to get it, along with the necessary materials for installation. We also had our garbage disposal upgraded & installed, as well. Rafael was knowledgeable, friendly & knew what he was doing. We would highly recommend him & will definitely be using him for future projects.
