They again said it was dry a few weeks later our house started smelling musty so we started removing the floors and there was still water under the floor almost a month later. 5 months later and still no floor. DO NOT USE this company.

We used H2O for the most hurricane Helen.They did a really good job. Even experts in the industry complimented the work that they did. Their team was professional, respectful, and timely. I don't know now... things have changed and there have been differences of opinion. And differences of what was said and what was done so I'm not so sure now.

This business provided water remediation to my house. They removed four feet of every wall, replaced cabinets, vanities, tub, showers, doors, baseboards and repainted everything. I am very happy with the service provided by Sharilee with IMold. We had a leak one day before Hurricane Helene passed our area. We called IMold and they sent a crew out that day to eradicate the mold and begin the drying process. A week later there was still some moisture. We were very fortunate to have Sharilee come out to deal with the problem and rearrange equipment. What we really appreciated, besides her solving the problem, was how well she communicated. She called when she was delayed (IMold was doing many emergency jobs for storm related problems and there were delays), and kept us informed of when she would be at our house. I can't give IMold an accurate rating yet, because there is still restoration to be completed and I don't know the total cost, but if the rest of their technicians are as skilled, competent, and communicate as well as Sharilee, I will be very pleased.

This ServPro team was hired to assist with our hurricane clean up in Tampa. They have taken zero consideration into keeping things tidy, despite residents getting ill from the debris and it flying into nearby Tampa Bay. Employees were found smoking marijuana in empty units during their breaks. When I approached management with my concerns, one told me “you live in a construction site, don’t expect it to be safe.” Another told me “you’re crazy, don’t contact me again.” And the Marazzito franchise owner basically said nobody was in the wrong, other than the unattended smokers. There is broken glass throughout our community, nails in tires, and debris in the water. It’s disgusting and I am highly disappointed in how management attended to the situation. Almost every night, they have left residents doors open and unlocked, and units unsecured. Unless you want your home to look like the photos below for WEEKS on end, find another crew.

By the way, the mold count dropped well into the "acceptable" level, and the house sold on time!
