GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I called on a Wednesday and came out on Thursday! They don’t just cut the lights off at 5pm, they work until the work is done. We had a pet odor situation, Austin educated me on the process thoroughly and made me feel great about the entire experience.

Irvin did an excellent job. He was able to get the carpets shampooed and cleaned quickly. Really liked how the carpets smelled afterwards too.

What a difference!! I always have done my own steam cleaning thinking it would yield the same result, it is not the same... They were very communicative, on time and made my rugs and carpets cleaner than I have ever been able to get them. Very reasonably priced too! Thank you!

Bobby and Matthew were out to clean and seal the tile and grout throughout an older house. They were reliable, professional and friendly. They worked extra hard on the stubborn places, and it really brightened up the areas! I will definitely use their services again, and highly recommend them! (I wish I had taken before photos - but was seriously too embarrassed).

I had already moved out of this location and once again, I’m not sure what kind of business model that is, but there was no option to make a payment online. I was unsure of how they were planning on collecting their payment, but I definitely wouldn’t have left money in a vacant unit especially without having been prompted to. I also received a quote twice as much as what was given online because apparently closets are separate rooms, even when they are contained within a master bedroom setting, they also wanted to clean/charge me for areas I did not need cleaned (which is why I did not add them to my original service ticket). So while I was at work, I received several phone calls, stressing the fact that the servicemen have been at the location and had not yet received the form of payment , which apparently was needed to be done over a link that Stanley is responsible for sending and I had not received any payment link. There was also some confusion with my apartment complex, not having outside water hookups, and this was something else that was not made known to me prior to reserving services or anytime after and I had spoken to two representatives on two different occasions prior to the service date , the entryway stairs were just as dirty as they were before I booked the service. The rest came out nice but the entryway stairs were likely not even shampooed they may have been vacuumed.

Both Rob’s were very professional and thorough in their jobs! I’m glad I had Stanley Steemer back out to my home once again to have this job done right! Drive On……
