I was flooded by Helene on Thursday night. On Friday morning, Rei was at my house to assess the damages. On Saturday morning Rei, Ernesto, Kelvi, Yosvani, and Jorge were at my house and began the cleanup process. I could not be more thrilled with the team and the work they did. I managed a great crew at this location. Unfortunately upper management ( owner, COO, regional ) had no respect for our hard work. NO ON CALL BONUSES FOR AFTER HOURS EMERGENCY, NO VEHICLES TO TAKE HOME FOR THE ON CALL TECHNICIANS, and you can FORGET ABOUT PAY RAISES, and not to mention regional manager saying yes to hiring a family then back tracking and saying it's a red flag to hire a family member to the company. Then they say go get plumbers to help bring in jobs and we pay a referral fee by cash. Oh wait we paid your plumber behind your back by Zelle not cash, oh wait we will pay your plumber 3 to 4 months later for $240 for an emergency plumbing. If you want to work here you better think twice especially if you want any pay increases. If the owner was more involved with his staff he would understand their frustration with his company especially the workers as they are the ones helping him drive fancy cars while his workers are suffering from his upper management not wanting to pay GREAT workers.
