This company deserves nothing less than ten stars. I converted an attached carport into a garage. From the start of the project with Nate to the construction of the garage and completion with Floyd was exemplary. Any questions or concerns were addressed within hours. The workers: demolition, masonry, electrical, garage door installer, and painters were all professional and polite. I couldn't be happier with how the garage turned out and the service I received from this company. I would highly recommend them!

I never thought they'd call back so soon - within 24 hours, just a couple of weeks after Hurricane Ian in October 2022. The house was gutted at that point, walls cut to the studs. It took many months to see insurance money and Nate was so patient and knowledgeable, I felt instantly calmer when he came out to assess. My project manager was wonderfully responsive and had electricians, plumbers and carpenters at the house exactly when he said he would. Each one of them was polite, respectful of my property and went over and above - even offering help and advice on things I may have to contend with in the future. We chose All-In for a very substantial home renovation. Replaced all floors, kitchen demolition and remodel, 3 bathrooms demolished and renovated, replaced all electrical fixtures and installed additional ones, painted entire interior including ceilings and doors, painted exterior too. The person who came was very nice but the cost to plunge a toilet was $271.00. It took him less than 2 minutes. i feel they take advantage of senior citizens. Will never call or use this service again. I highly recommend to others find a more reasonable and not a rip off company like this one.

My experience was exstreamly good. I am still waiting on a copy of the invoice to send to the city claims department. The writing on the customer invoice was so bad it could not be scanned and emailed out.

Adam has great customer service skills, courteous, personable, professional and transparent from the communication on time constraints to what the job involved and what he had to do to rectify and repair outside faucet and the cost of the job. So nice to deal with a veteran owned company and veteran technicians that applies the integrity and takes pride in the quality of work they do. The Aftercare for the Lakefront Clearing is VERY important to keep the lakefront clear and well maintained. Sara and her team are 1st class. We had a major flood Wed before Thanksgiving at about 6am. Made the call around 7:30 and they were there around 9:30 with a complete team and all necessary equipment. They were very professional and explained everything along the way. They were out that same day with all damage removed and drying in progress. Saturday morning they came by and removed the last of the equipment with everything complete as explained. Great Job, would highly recommend them.

Rodrigo and the team did an amazing job restoring our home after an air conditioning unit ruined floors. They replaced half our home with new floors, painted every room and all the baseboards and trim. Repairs, logistics and quality exceeded our expectations. We had a water damage (and possibly mold) issue that affected two of our walls. After getting a consultation visit from Dominick Cavalieri, we chose to hire Kustom US to open up the walls, fix the issues, and rebuild the walls, while containing any spread of the mold spores (if they existed). Kustom US did an amazing job. Specifically, Dominick Cavalieri was excellent. He was very knowledgeable, patient, explained the whole procedure, and answered all our questions in both a friendly and professional manner. He addressed everything we brought to his attention. Dominick went above and beyond and we were really happy to have chosen Kustom US. The team that did the water mitigation process, was very professional in securing all vents and in isolating this room from the rest of the house for the whole duration of the process. Dylan who was in charge of the team, was very professional & thorough. I was impressed with the amazing job he performed. All areas involved were absolutely cleaned out and protected. It was a big relief that the reconstruction team was also arranged for & coordinated to work back to back with the mitigation team. They started the day after the walls were absolutely dry & ready for reconstruction. The reconstruction staff was also super courteous and professional. At the end of their reconstruction, i could hardly tell that i had any damage in my room. It looked perfectly reconstructed and the paint on all the walls were identical to the original paint of the room. People be aware if you ever use serve pro in Sanford, Florida Please beware that you make sure that they do have or you take it off their bill your county's building inspector this will stop them from using unauthorized items like an entry door from your garage to your home for your protection for the door they used for me was in their warehouse and it is an inside door like one leading to a bedroom or your bathroom. As it was explained to me from Orange County and a reputable door installer this NEEDS to be a fireproof door to slow the movement to your home if a fire were to start in your attached garage Sad but why would my insurance company recommend them. here is a no brainer insurance companies right now if we have a fire in the garage think about the cost Serve Pro is costing you to damages if there is a garage fire. Serve Pro should have had a special order door made to match the door that was in our home but they went cheep so they can make more money and cut corners and putting the homeowner and any occupants in our home as I kept I would like the County inspection report to see if it passed which as of today 01/12/2024 will NOT. I personally would never use this Serve Pro ever again even if your insurance adjustor says they use them. Oh by the way I still have the Old Door that was originally installed in our home when we had this home built in case we meet in court the old HEAVY FIREPROOF DOOR will come to court with me to show everyone including the news station with a sign. BUYER BEWARE!!!!

They removed ruined tiles and laminate flooring, as well as baseboards and cabinets. They carefully moved furniture and were in constant contact. Franklin and Gaudy weee absolutely wonderful! I highly recommend them!

Inti and Xochilt came to our home and completely put us at ease. Knowing the process will take some time, they explained things and took some of the stress off. This team worked nonstop from the moment they walked thru the door until they left that evening. We were so impressed with the concern for belongings and safety. The attention to detail being paid on things like pictures on the wall being taken down before setting up the air movers and dehus, putting furniture on blocks and taping down cords was nice to see.
