Marvin was very accommodating and professional throughout the whole process and made sure to show us where all spots in our home were effected so we could provide this information to our repair company to fix the drywall. He also gave us the information for another company for the drywall repair in case we wanted a second opinion on the cost.

I was highly impressed with Joey and his company. He answered the phone promptly and was professional, kind, and understanding of my needs. I felt assured that he and his team had the knowledge and experience to assist with my whole-home mold remediation. In the end, it came down to price (though he was super gracious in offering me a big deal and cut the price a couple times to accommodate me and my unique situation). Either way, I'd still definitely recommend getting an estimate and service done by Pure Maintenance.

Terrible, have a mold problem, Brittany made the appointment and no one showed up. We can not stay in our place because of the mold and had to drive more than an hour to our appointment. We need to resolve this issue ASAP and the lady said she call and left a message canceling this morning. There were no phone calls from her and even if she did, she needed to call until she talk to us or al least send a text. She sail she had other things to do! Very unprofessional, would not trust their work after this.

Had water intrusion during two hurricanes in 3 years. I called Tina Jones at UWRG. Was afraid I had a chronic issue and maybe mold. She and Andre were responsive, thorough, and the only people I called who actually brought a ladder, climbed into the attic space (I don’t have drop stairs), and confirmed my limited problem (and lack of mold)!
