I can't recommend Cameron and his team highly enough. We found out our shower was leaking, and Cameron's team was onsite less than 1 hour after we called. They thoroughly inspected the area and were able to repair all the water damage quickly and efficiently. They even provided some fantastic references to help redo the shower & tile work. If you find yourself with water damage of any kind, Barakat Restoration is who you call. Period.

So this guy... I call him. 3 times. Doesn't answer. Leave message. Never hear from him. Leave a review on google sharing with the world my experience with him. Suddenly, out of the blue... he calls. I am away from my phone so he leaves the following VM: "This is Cameron with Barakat restoration. I'm actually the owner of the company. Yes when you called me last week, I was actually out sick with food poisoning and it had taken me out for some time so I wasn't answering the phone or returning calls to anybody. And if you look on my Google reviews, actually don't have any bad reviews from any of my customers at all and we worked pretty hard it actually Care about our review so I would appreciate it if you removed your negative one thank you..." No mention of why I called in the first place. Foot poisoning? A week?! Wow! Sounds horrible. Okay, I'll give him the benefit of the doubt. I went up and pulled my review. Wait for him to call me back... Did he call back? No. It's been over a week. Been to this movie. Ghosting me... again. IF you can get this guy to call you IF you can get him to give you a bid IF he can show up and do the work He may be the best thing since sliced bread. I have no idea... and never will know. Apparently he is far more worried about his reviews and online "reputation" than actually providing a service, for which he would be compensated, to the community.

These guys are outstanding! They showed up immediately and didn’t leave until the job was done - working every day for 6 days straight. Very thorough in explaining the situation. If a disaster strikes, these are the guys to call. We are so grateful to Cameron and his team.

Dri Pro Restoration sets the standard and raises the bar for home restoration. Their staff members Ester, Jake and Bryce were both extremely knowledgable and professional in their field of expertise. They took time to explain the process of water extraction and the time frame it takes to accomplish the results needed . The phone staff on call were extremely accommodating and responsive. I would highly recommend this company for your restoration needs.

I haven’t received any services from the company yet, but I’ve noticed that the coworkers genuinely care about the customers. They answer any questions and even pray for the customers. Our team had the pleasure of working with Floodpros right after Hurricane Michael in Panama City,FL. It was a large property damage and several companies were brought it. Recently my bill went from around $40 for the past 8 or 9 years to $305 we dont have a leak . Though I hesitate to call 90,000 gallons in one month a leak. So far they have not done any thing except sent a man out to show us that there's no leak cause our meters not running when the waters off .And it also doesn't run any faster than it's supposed to. Also the meter is 200 + feet from our property line and in someone else's yard. We have checked all we can and there is 200 feet of pipe we can't check or repair because it is on someone else's private property. We have tried to get some kinda help or guidance in order to fix this problem . Hope fully this post will bring this issue to some one who can helps attention.

Corey was excellent, he was professional, he came the same day we called him to look at our well, it was losing water pressure. He was knowledgeable, found the problem and had the parts to fix it. I highly recommend him!
