I can't recommend Cameron and his team highly enough. We found out our shower was leaking, and Cameron's team was onsite less than 1 hour after we called. They thoroughly inspected the area and were able to repair all the water damage quickly and efficiently. They even provided some fantastic references to help redo the shower & tile work. If you find yourself with water damage of any kind, Barakat Restoration is who you call. Period.

So this guy... I call him. 3 times. Doesn't answer. Leave message. Never hear from him. Leave a review on google sharing with the world my experience with him. Suddenly, out of the blue... he calls. I am away from my phone so he leaves the following VM: "This is Cameron with Barakat restoration. I'm actually the owner of the company. Yes when you called me last week, I was actually out sick with food poisoning and it had taken me out for some time so I wasn't answering the phone or returning calls to anybody. And if you look on my Google reviews, actually don't have any bad reviews from any of my customers at all and we worked pretty hard it actually Care about our review so I would appreciate it if you removed your negative one thank you..." No mention of why I called in the first place. Foot poisoning? A week?! Wow! Sounds horrible. Okay, I'll give him the benefit of the doubt. I went up and pulled my review. Wait for him to call me back... Did he call back? No. It's been over a week. Been to this movie. Ghosting me... again. IF you can get this guy to call you IF you can get him to give you a bid IF he can show up and do the work He may be the best thing since sliced bread. I have no idea... and never will know. Apparently he is far more worried about his reviews and online "reputation" than actually providing a service, for which he would be compensated, to the community.

These guys are outstanding! They showed up immediately and didn’t leave until the job was done - working every day for 6 days straight. Very thorough in explaining the situation. If a disaster strikes, these are the guys to call. We are so grateful to Cameron and his team.

Dri Pro Restoration sets the standard and raises the bar for home restoration. Their staff members Ester, Jake and Bryce were both extremely knowledgable and professional in their field of expertise. They took time to explain the process of water extraction and the time frame it takes to accomplish the results needed . The phone staff on call were extremely accommodating and responsive. I would highly recommend this company for your restoration needs.

Dry Pro is fantastic. We worked with Esther and she took care of us and kept us informed as the team cleaned up our home. She was amazing. If you need mold remediation, do not hesitate to give Dry Pro a call, they are the best in Northwest Florida!

I haven’t received any services from the company yet, but I’ve noticed that the coworkers genuinely care about the customers. They answer any questions and even pray for the customers. They don’t see it as just a job; they see it as an opportunity to give back to those who have lost a lot. Would recommend to anyone

Red Carpet Flood responded rapidly to our fire/toxic odor issue caused by a lightning strike and efficiently coordinated the restoration of our home back to original condition. They worked closely with both us and the insurance company to minimize redundant communication. Kendall was hands on and kept us apprised of the progress of the repair since we were not on site during the restoration. Highly recommend.

Our home was accidentally flooded by our rental company from running water faucets during a freeze in an unnoticed plugged sink for 25 hours. We suffered loss on two floors of our home from it. Kendall came out as soon as RCR was called to rectify the situation and pull the water out. He took care of drying the house out, preventing mold and complete restoration of the walls, ceilings and floors all damaged from the flood. His communication over the three month restoration was top notch. We always knew what was going on and he was so great at sharing photos of the process with us. I hope no one has to deal with a flooded home but if you do, Red Carpet is by far the best of the best. With all the stress a flooded home brings, they counter it with great skills to remedy it and excellent customer service.

Our team had the pleasure of working with Floodpros right after Hurricane Michael in Panama City,FL. It was a large property damage and several companies were brought it. Floodpros, like us, were very attentive to the customer and very detailed oriented when it came to the project. good work ethic all around from their team.

My family were victims of Hurricane Michael, floodpros was introduced to us by our neighbor who is a deputy with the bay county sheriffs department and they have been by our side helping us step by step. We moved into a new house with our two small children and were a little freaked out by what looked like mold coming out of the air vents. Paul came over and assessed the issue and gave us so many helpful tips to improve the humidity in our home, clean the mold, and stop the growth. He confirmed that it was not a big issue and did not charge us for services due to it being an easy DIY job. I really appreciate that in a field where it would be easy to use buzz words and scare tactics to get someone to willingly drop thousands on a job. He seems to be an honest man who is passionate about his work. We will exclusively use Mr. Paul should another mold issue arise. Highly recommend!

Paul came out the same day I called him. He did a very thorough inspection of my home trying to get to the root of a possible mold problem I am having. I don’t have a mold problem like I suspected and he was very honest and helpful. He was very knowledgeable and gave some great suggestions. He would definitely be someone I would call again if I had an issue and I highly recommend him.

Recently my bill went from around $40 for the past 8 or 9 years to $305 we dont have a leak . Though I hesitate to call 90,000 gallons in one month a leak. So far they have not done any thing except sent a man out to show us that there's no leak cause our meters not running when the waters off .And it also doesn't run any faster than it's supposed to. Also the meter is 200 + feet from our property line and in someone else's yard. We have checked all we can and there is 200 feet of pipe we can't check or repair because it is on someone else's private property. We have tried to get some kinda help or guidance in order to fix this problem . Hope fully this post will bring this issue to some one who can helps attention.
