Very professional and honest. I had a water damage in my Kitchen and was recommended to call Pro Master. They quickly came to my aid, explained to me the process/my options, and got to work! We were recommended to ProMaster from a friend and were extremely pleased with the way they attended to us. Their customer service was great and we were surprised to see how clean our carpets came out. They also did our air ducts and they came out spotless! I would highly recommended this company to anyone!!!

Unfortunately I have had to request their services two times within 3 months. Once for a neighboring tenant who's water heater leaked causing flooding to their unit and spread mold to ours. Again after an ac leak flooded our unit and damaged walls and wood frames.spreading mold . However in both instances the Innova team has been amazing to work with. Not only did the team explain each aspect of the process and necessary required treatment , but also made sure all affected areas were properly treated to prevent future growth. The dehumidifiers, scrubbers, microbial spary, and fog required were all safe.for the pets and with minimal noise. Carlos did an amazing job explaining the process and equipment needed and time for each stage. His honesty and transparency made sure we had a good experience and made sure we felt comfortable proceeding and compared rates and treatment plans with competitors. The technican dispatched Sami was friendly ans professional even going above what his scope of work was to make sure we felt comfortable and had a good experience. His intrusion to the property was minimal and cleanup efforts were appreciated. I would highly recommend use of this company if you should come to need need their services. The professionalism and honesty says alot beyond competitors .

We were very pleased with the service of this company! The two gentlemen worked extremely hard, cleaning out our vents, and they were very professional, and very kind. Their work was excellent, and they were very prompt. I would highly recommend this company for cleaning out your vents and air ducts!

This is the company you need to call for your emergency and restoration. Especially if you are in the need to disinfect and sanitize your home or office. They are prompt to respond and attentive to details. Their crew is exceptionally careful, professional and very knowledgeable. I'd give them 10 stars!

Everything was great, they would keep me up to date and show up on time and answer all my questions... until I got an email from my insurance saying they got paid. Then they never answered my calls, stopped reaching out to me, and didn't care that they left a giant gaping hole in my shower, leaving it unusable for months. Never again. Edit for response: they responded to this review two YEARS after I posted it, and I posted it months after they ghosted me. This is the first thing I have heard from them since my insurance paid them. That's the responsiveness you can expect after they get their money.

Once they got paid from the insurance they didn't want to help us any longer. Their tarps didn't last more than 3 months, ripped and sand bags came open. The work was done in Pembroke Pines, but the decision not to help us was made from the main company, so that's why this posting is important. They won't do their job after they get paid. They actually replied to my claims rep stating that.
