I had a leak in my house. Restoration 1 was quick to come and give me estimates. Robert the project manager gave recommendations on how to dry the walls best and quickest. Robert’s team is Steve, Riley, Andy and Aarom are professional. They identify the problem, placed the equipment on a timely matter. Robert and his team came back to check on how the process of drying walls. And in 4 days removed the equipment. As project manager Robert had a few job going on at the same time and he dedicated time to come with his team every time to check and make sure on the progress. I would recommend Restoration 1, Robert and his team for your next project.

We had a leak inside the Block wall Dec 22 and Restoration 1 did a great job removing the old cabinets, dry wall, tile flooring and drying everything out. They did not remove all the cabinets because they all were not affected but I did get a brand new kitchen and we made it bigger than it was. I would recommend Restoration 1 to anyone they were great!!! Linda

Revive did a fantastic job restoring our boutique after a pipe burst flooded our storage room. They were quick to respond, preventing damage to much of our inventory. Their thorough cleanup and attention to detail in restoring the space were outstanding. We were able to continue operations much sooner than anticipated, thanks to their efficient service.

Our attic was severely water damaged after a roof leak. Revive Restoration arrived promptly, assessed the damage, and began the drying process immediately. They repaired the damaged walls and flooring and installed new insulation to prevent future issues. Their quick and thorough approach saved our attic from further damage.

My family and I are new to Florida and have no experience with hurricane season or Florida weather in general. 2 weeks ago the heavy rains flooded the street on the sides of our home and water started backing up into the master bathroom. My Husband contacted Local Plumber that same evening. Despite it being dark outside, heavy rain and flooded roads- Local Plumber still came out to see our problem. Josh took the liberty to get onto our roof to snake the drain and clear the blockage. It was a heroic effort and dangerous, these guys truly went above and beyond. They were prompt, professional and genuinely cared about our situation. The shower is working properly now- I couldn't be more grateful for the awesome service.

Local Plumber South Tampa did a fantastic job! They were timely and efficient and solved a major problem we had in a sewer line at our HOA. Highly recommend them!!

Felix was great! He came right away, assessed the problem and fixed it within an hour. He was very friendly and talked us through everything. If we have any future issues we’ll definitely go with local plumber again!

The service provided by the men at DriRite was more than I could have ever expected! Kind, professional, very clean and hard working! They came in daily and did their job, cleaned up before leaving for the day and was there early the next day ready to go! I would recommend them to anyone! 5 Stars! Thank you so much!

Reiss was super helpful and professional when he came into our home while we were facing a stressful situation. He explained everything he was doing, and completed a thorough inspection. We were very satisfied and confident with his work. Hopefully we will not need Remediation services again lol, but we will definitely give him a call if needed!

These guys are Great! Called Broadco after my supply line to my kitchen sink let go and flooded the majority of my house. They were quick to respond and extracted the water and cleaned things up then dried my house out so I wouldn’t have to worry about mold. They dealt with my insurance company and all of the cost was covered. They did a GREAT job and I would definitely refer them!
