Revive did a fantastic job restoring our boutique after a pipe burst flooded our storage room. They were quick to respond, preventing damage to much of our inventory. Their thorough cleanup and attention to detail in restoring the space were outstanding. We were able to continue operations much sooner than anticipated, thanks to their efficient service.

Our attic was severely water damaged after a roof leak. Revive Restoration arrived promptly, assessed the damage, and began the drying process immediately. They repaired the damaged walls and flooring and installed new insulation to prevent future issues. Their quick and thorough approach saved our attic from further damage.

These guys are Great! Called Broadco after my supply line to my kitchen sink let go and flooded the majority of my house. They were quick to respond and extracted the water and cleaned things up then dried my house out so I wouldn’t have to worry about mold. They dealt with my insurance company and all of the cost was covered. They did a GREAT job and I would definitely refer them!

I used Puriclean in January 2023 when the hot water tank in the condo above me leaked into my walls causing water damage. They came out immediately and got all the water out and did excellent work. I called Puroclean again in March 2024 for another water leak from the condo upstairs from construction work being done. They came within 1 hour and accurately diagnosed the issue and got all the water out of the walls within 2 days. I very highly recommend Puroclean for anyone having water leak issues. All the staff including Brenden in the office to the great service technicians were professional, kind, caring, and efficient. I have peace of mind knowing there’s no mold or water issues thanks to this company.

Our whole home flooded under Hurricane Debby. Shawn Tash the business owner came to our house the same day I called and was responsive and supportive through the entire process of getting our house back in shape (removing all flooring, flood cutting the dry wall 4 feet up, treating space with antimicrobial, etc.). He is honest, dependable, and local--he's your guy!

I have an inspection period for my client that recently went under contract in a home that is coming up next week. After finding out there was mold spores from the inspection and my client going back home in 2 days, made them and me a little nervous. I called up Shawn from 1-800-Water Damage around 7:30pm on a Friday and he called me back 15 minutes later. Wow! I called in and spoke with Frank and Devin. They were very helpful, and educated me on the process, and explained why an inspector may have been getting false positives for moisture at my house. Devin even came over same day to record more accurate moisture readings, which put me and my potential buyer at ease. He went above and beyond, and saved the day!!

No transparency !!!! They're not real clear when they give you the initial price that it's only for the cleanup or demo, it doesn't cover restoration. To pay by credit card there is a 4.5% service fee. I constantly had to call about final bill and restoration. you are better off finding a company who does all the work and is more transparent.

Marcos did an awesome job assessing potential water damage. He leverage a tool to determine the exact areas and measurements of damage. Very patient and kind. Thanks for coming out so fast.
