I am so glad I decided to call Affordable Water Restoration. I met Anthony who has this amazing personality and calming presence about him that made me feel less stressed out. He comforted me in many ways about my mold situation. He is Funny too!! From the beginning to end my experience with Anthony and his team was phenomenal. I had a water pipe burst on me late in the evening on a weekday. These guys were there within 30 minutes cleaning and soaking up all the water. By 1 am the fans were blowing and i was able to get some rest. Had it not been for them the damage would have been much worse! These guys were lifesavers and very courteous! I would recommend them to anyone.

We woke up on a Saturday morning to find 2 bedrooms in our condo were flooded. The team came out within an hour, cared about how they handled our property, took lots of photos, removed and numbered the baseboards and dried the carpets. Follow up visits were also excellent. I hope you never have this problem, but if you do, call Anthony and his team.

Absolutely amazing! Communication was awesome! We own a construction company and often we have customers with water damage that needs immediate attention. All Dry responded promptly to our needs and John came the same day I contacted them even though he had been in flight all day. Within 24 hr we had an estimate and All Dry was prepared to complete the remediation. Once remediation started Steve and John were in constant contact with updates and completed the job within a few days! Their work is impeccable, clean, fresh, organized and professional. I would give them 10 stars if I could! I highly recommend All Dry and will be using them in the future as well as referring them out. Thank you for such awesome work!

I received a phone call from my Homewatch that something wasn’t right. It turned out that my townhome of less than a year had Mold. My Insurance company denied my claim (humidity bloom). The estimates that I received were not only very high in price but potentially very invasive. A friend of a friend recommended I reach out to All Dry SWFL. John came out and sent a walk through video of my place (I live in Chicago). John explained what was going on, why it happens, and how to remedy the situation. Wow, I have never seen a cleaner job site! Steve of QCI came within 2 hours of my call to assess my water intrusion and provide me a free estimate for emergency cleanup and mold testing. My technician Chris arrived the next day with state-of-the-art equipment. The emergency cleanup was followed by mold and drywall remediation performed by Trained Technicians Chris and Mathew. The two are experts in their trade with no floor tiles damaged and not a speck of dust or mold left behind!! Next phase is completion of the drywall and other repair. I highly recommend QCI Mold and Water Removal.

During the initial visit, Steve (owner of QCI Mold & Water Damage) tested for mold in all areas of our condominium. A few days later, Steve provided us with the test results, a detailed explanation of the services needed for remediation, and a fairly priced quotation. Steve’s crew did a thorough job and completely cleaned up at the end of the work. Steve was easy to communicate with during the entire process and treated us like family. Adrian came out to assess the damage to my kitchen. Immediately from the time he came to the door he was very friendly & professional yet down to earth. He explained the process & showed me how they find the damage areas. After he completed his work, he called for a fellow coworker to come out & set up dehumidifiers. That gentleman showed up earlier than originally expected (which was great) & was as well just as friendly & professional. This is just the beginning of my process but the reassurance on the process & being comfortable with the people coming in & out of my home is extremely important to me as I'm sure it is for all homeowners

Our experience with United Water Restoration Group of Naples has been wonderful. Adrian arrived at our home and completely took the situation under control. He was prompt, polite, and straight forward in his suggestions of the clean up and restoration of our condo. Ben approved the plan and equipment was delivered by Yvon quickly to minimize the damage. They were professional, and took great care and concern about us and our property.
