I Started the process February 5th to get a free estimate for a job in my house. First, they were responsive and guided me to set up a mold test with another company. Got it done, and then I was told Servpro would get back to me in a week after the results came in. They didn’t; I had to follow up and send the results to them. Setting up an appointment took over two weeks; they came out to take pictures on March 11th. Iris was not pleasant at all and seemed bothered to be there. Jaime, the woman who set it up, never followed up. I was told the estimate would come to me in a couple of days. This was almost 4 weeks ago so I emailed Jennifer, a week ago and never received an answer. I called today a week later and was told Jaime would call me back. Jaime called back, was rude, and when I asked about the estimate, she responded that the estimate team came back with $5,000 to $8,000 for the job. I asked to get it sent to me so I could look it over, and she replied that they don’t do that. Weird. I asked about the $3,000 difference, and she responded that I would have to sign a contract and put a deposit down to get the quote. It felt like they didnt have an estimate and threw some numbers out. That’s the first time I’ve heard of a company doing that after stating a free estimate. The whole time there was a lack of communication; I had to send emails or call to follow up. I seriously doubt that Jaime would have called me today about the quote, so who knows how long I would have been waiting? Very unprofessional of a business of this size. Two months of wasted time. If you didn’t want to do the job, then just say so.

Woke up this am to find out our water heater went. Found Crystal Clear Drains on Next door App. Spoke with Crystal and she was able to have someone come today. John was great! Pleasant, professional, and went out of his way to see if our old water heater was covered under a warranty (it was)! John removed the water heater and was able to the warranty exchange for us. John answered our questions and explained how important draining the systems yearly is. Also checked our water pressure and explained why it is important not to be too high. We will use John at Crystal Clear Drain again and highly recommend him!
I’m a realtor and crystal clear drain has saved my client from a nasty clog kitchen sink! They accomplish what others couldn’t by removing a huge grease clog in the kitchen main line. They had commercial equipment that pushed thru 50ft of grease that had accumulated over decades. Very knowledgeable and quick on pin pointing the issues. My house was all but destroyed in a fire and ServPro was helpful (at first) with providing quotes for rebuild and cleaning smoky clothes. That is, however, until our very expensive winter coats mysteriously disappeared, even though it was the second smaller batch of clothes we needed cleaned. Pretty wild how nobody knows what we are talking about. Bottom line: When you’re at the bottom, make sure you’re documenting and riding people because there’s always someone ready to screw you over.
