We have lived in our home for 8 years, and it has always been a little damp. We just thought that was how Florida is. Then one day we noticed a small spot on the ceiling of our kitchen and bathroom. We didn't think much of it at first, but we soon realized that the spot was spreading and growing into a large stain. We called Dry Masters to come out and take care of it. The technician who came out was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about mold removal services. He made us feel comfortable throughout the whole process because he really knew what he was doing. The technician explained to us that there were high levels of mold in our house due to a leaky roof or plumbing issues (we still aren't sure which). He gave us some tips on how to prevent future mold growth by improving air circulation in our home and making sure that any leaks are fixed right away so they don't cause more damage down the road! After everything was done, they even gave us a free inspection so we could see the difference between before and after their services!
