Paid a premium for this unit and was installed improperly from the start. Upon fixing the install issue, we received a bill to pay for their mistake. Now come to find out they never installed a proper drain, so it’s been draining against our foundation since day one. Are they willing to take care of their mistakes? Nope. Another labor bill to fix their own shoddy work and a technician that openly admits his superiors “don’t care what he has to say”. Unbelievably poor customer service and highly advise staying far away from this company.

Edit to review: This was a long process but I did speak with Stephanie the office manager and she was very kind. Estevan took care of everything and straightened out the system. As for the cost, I financed it and it would of actually been over that price had I not paid it off early. If I would of paid cash, close to $7000.00. The point in all of this is something this expensive should not be having problems after only two years. I am raising my 1 to a 4 because of the people. I still had to pay for them to come out which I still disagree with. Again, a product this expensive should hold up better or a better warranty, IMO. Thank you Stephanie for listening to my concerns. Old Review: Save your money! My system is less than two years old and the display went haywire and jacked up my electric/water bill. I called and they told me it’s still under warranty but will cost $200.00 for a new display. They originally installed it tilted backwards. I called for them to remedy it and they did nothing. This system cost almost $10,000! That’s a lot of money to need repairs in under 2 years! They have horrible customer service. I called two weeks ago and they can just now get someone out here on Friday. The salesman will lie to you and tell you zero maintenance. When they got here to install, he did an “oh yeah” it’s an extra $20.00 for a bag of salt. It’s not zero maintenance. THAT WAS ANOTHER LIE THEY TOLD! I am going to contact the FTC and report this horrible business! You have been warned. Update: The manager has pretty much refused to call me back. I have called 3 x with no return call. FTC has been contacted. Next step, we are taking this to court. I will keep everyone updated.

Johnathan & his crew 1st did our gutters on our new house, then we went with a screen room on the back of the house 16x30. Very happy with the work done. Love the screen room. Also Johnathan did the concrete paid for our hot tub.

They are punctual, their communication and demeanor are friendly, every question answered clearly, and their performance excellent. Any concern my husband had was addressed as promised. Being very familiar with this work, he visually inspected areas of interest once the gutters were finished, and was impressed by the precise and clean work they executed. We recommend them wholeheartedly.

A Hidden Gem on the Water – A Night to Remember at Black Hammock I visited the Black Hammock a couple of weeks ago and had an unforgettable experience. I ordered the Shrimp & Grits—and wow, it was absolutely delicious. The seasoning was spot-on, and the grits had that perfect creamy texture. Southern comfort at its finest. Our waitress was awesome—friendly, attentive, and full of great energy. She made us feel right at home and even told us about the real hammock nearby, which added a nice local touch to the night. To top it all off, we ended the evening with karaoke, which was the perfect mix of fun and laid-back vibes. Great food, great service, and a great atmosphere. Definitely planning to come back!

Awesome, must stop spot if you want the "Florida" experience. Only 30 - 45 minutes outside of Orlando is this fun experience, Airboat ride, gators, restaurant, bar, and tourist souvenir shop what more can you ask for? Fyi - Gator bites are actually really good! :)

Absolutely an amazing ride! Jay C was our Captain and he was super friendly and very knowledgeable! He knew how to ensure we had a great time! To top it off, you’re able to take a picture with a live gator after the ride! Very enjoyable experience! Thank you!!

Very nice people, flexbile on late bills, and always prompt when something goes wrong.They would have gotten 5 stars but I hate having to go out of my way to get cash just to pay our bill. It's 2018, why can't I pay with my debit card?! Get a website, or an app, or something, or at the very least start taking debit cards! Please! :(
