Nino was onsite just a few hours after my call and the room was back to new in less than 5 days. Crew was courteous, professional and knows their stuff! And all at a very reasonable price. When I tell you Pro-Vac saved the day they saved the day. My company was in a bind and needed about 140ft of drain pipes cleared as it was packed full of sand and mud from the Hurricane. They came in on short notice and cleared these quickly and did a fantastic job. Thank you again Pro-Vac!!

After I had trouble getting on the schedule of the previous vac company that we used for our car washes for many years. I remembered that the owner of Pro-Vac had reached out to me. I gave them a call and was on the schedule a few days later, not three months later. That’s so important when you need an emergency pump out! They arrived bright and early, so that they could have the pump out done before customers arrived. They were Prompt, professional and fast! So they have earned our business in the future. Highly recommend!

We purchased a townhome that the previous owner had smoked in for several years. The smell was unbelievable. ServiceMaster came out immediately, completed an estimate and with our approval began the work. They purified the air with hydroxyl generators for several days. The old carpet was removed. The ductwork, walls, ceiling and floors, cabinetry and appliances were cleaned. All surfaces were sealed and painted including the garage interior. The lanai was power washed. New carpet was installed. Now the air is pristine. Kudos to ServiceMaster for keeping us in the loop and each day leaving a clean workplace. Only one miscommunication with paint color and that was rectified immediately. Would recommend ServiceMaster by Wright to friends & family for work professionally and efficiently performed.

As an owner of a kitchen and bath remodeling company, I would caution anyone from hiring this company. We hired and paid Servicemaster to pack up one of our customers' kitchen cabinet items, as they were licensed and insured to do so, and customer was in Europe. We were doing a kitchen remodel for customer. Customer during a short visit home, left water on in laundry room which caused water damage to baseboards, and wet carpet in master bedroom. Our customers' realtor called us and we recommended Servicemaster to her to dry out the home. Servicemaster did the work for the customer, not us, and billed us because they could not collect from the customer/ homeowner. I have spoken to their billing dept many times, they keep sending my company her bill.

Our House Flooded from a pipe break in the laundry room. I was so happy with the speedy response from ServiceMaster. Jim was outstanding with his organization of the team and we were taken care of super fast. The office even worked directly with our insurance company so we didn't have to worry about it. I was super happy with the work and professionalism.
