accidentally paid twice for the boat ramp for the same day. Went to city hall ,explained what happened, Mike said no problem,said we could use the second one for the next day,but due to the weather we had to use the state park,went back to mike said he would reimburse by check,2 weeks later still waiting for check.

They running a scam over there! They started charging $20 to use the public boat launch and didn't put up any signage. Then wrote everyone that didn't know about it $150 tickets!! Very shady

I have dealt with Beaches sewer for only a short time but the times, (which has been several), Frank has always been very personable and professional. I can't say what happened with the other customer but they have always helped anytime I have called. I wish more companies had people like Frank working for them. I was so please with Levi’s professional and prompt response scheduling. He completed both the sofa and area rug in the photo. The wool rug was dirty thanks to the huge canine on the sofa. And the sofa (while usually covered) really needed a good scrub as well. Levi spent 2.5 hours making sure he got it right…and he sure did. I could not be happier with the result. I highly recommend RRFC and will be using Levi again when needed.

We had two area rugs and 2 runners cleaned. It had been probably close to 2 years since last cleaning, well overdue. My rugs now look brand new! Levi did an excellent job and was very meticulous in his job. Vacuumed all rugs first, sprayed cleaner, then used his wand which used HOT water to clean. I would not hesitate to use them again. Thank you so very much. It’s refreshing to have a company that takes pride in there work.

Used St Joe Pool for about a year with no issues for a rental property hot tub. We are physically at the property for the winter. Was home all day and tech didn't show. Called the office the next business day and their records said the tub was serviced. That's impossible because it is on a 2nd story deck and the tech needs to come into the house to access it. Was told a tech would be out next day. Again no show and no call. Was told again next day as first stop around 9. Tech finally showed at 11 and said the tub needed to be drained. Company charges $200 extra if they need to drain and refill. I spoke to the owner that no one has been in the tub for 3 weeks and they had not showed the prior week and asked for the additional fee to be waived. This was refused and and was told that tech said they were here. So we now have a new spa service.

For two years I begged them to help me get the white stuff off the fiberglass walls of my pool. At first they tried to charge me to clean them because he said they weren’t cleaned properly. When I pointed out that he was the one that had been cleaning it he didn’t charge me. I should have left much sooner but it is a small area and hard to find people that you can trust to work. So two years later it will not come out. It had a leak or we thought it did. And it really did after the leak detector came out and twisted a pipe and broke it out under the pavers. At this point my boyfriend fixed it and we sent pictures and tried to talk to Jeff and we never got a response. We had already paid for the leak detector to come out and look for it. So we told him do not send us another bill as he was charging another amount for doing nothing and told him not to come back.

We purchased a hot tub through St Joe Pool. Jeff and his wife were great to work with. Professional, very responsive, knowledgeable and kept us in the loop with updates. The delivery and install was seamless- they hauled away our old hot tub for a reasonable fee. We highly recommend this business!

Our friends we were visiting recommended we visit the Sea Turtle Rescue! It was well worth the trip! The lady telling us about each turtle was so knowledgeable, and you could tell she loves her job. I'm sure she doesn't think of it as a job! We enjoyed watching and hearing about the turtles!

Great experience and super friendly staff. Note- there is only turtles and tortoises on site. No sea turtles, just information and pictures. Relatively small facility. Took us about 30 minutes (with two toddlers) to see everything and play some.

Super nice staff! Learned about some turtles and tortoises on site that they have rescued. Learned a lot about their work with sea turtle nests. Karen showed us around and taught us about their work. They feed the turtles/tortoises on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays around noon. We were there in a feeding day which was cool. Cute gift shop. Bought some kids turtle books, t-shirts, stickers, and such.

I bet they don't post this one. We are trying to use Waste Pro roll off but they can not or just will not pick up and rotate full roll offs. My house was torn down more than 3 going on 4 weeks. We fill a roll off and ask for a switch and it takes almost a week each time. They damaged property and cost time and money even though they have been paid a boat load. Don't make the same mistake. Use someone else. I know one contractor that has no intention of using them ever if this keeps up. That includes lying about being on the way.

Pick up is on Monday's yet this month pick up was on a Tuesday one day and Wednesday the next. Called to discuss not getting service on 7/17 due to having my can out at noon, since it's usually late afternoon pickup for us. They had already come. Was supposed to receive a courtesy pick up, which never happened, and a bear ended up getting into the garbage instead. Have waited over 4 months for a garbage can, that I should have supposedly received a month ago. Then my neighbor starts their service 2 months ago and they already have a garbage can........very unhappy with our service.

Our home was destroyed by Hurricane Michael and we had to relocate they refuse to cancel our account charging us repeatedly where its now completely above our feasible fundage and tell us til the full balance is paid they will continue to charge us. What a great way to treat hurricane victims.

We bought a house in Port St Joe and discovered some plumbing issues the last day we were there to make other repairs on the house. I called and they promised to be out the same day. I did have to call back to make sure they were coming but they did and replaced supply lines to the kitchen sink, and installed a new sink faucet. The old one was so corroided I could not get it out. Total time was less than an hour and less than $100. Williams will be my plumber in the future if I need more work done. Great people to do. Hsiness with.

Mr. Williams was there to assist us in 30 mins. He was very nice and able to get our issues fixed in no time. Reasonable pricing also.

Great local family owned company. We arrived to our house after an absence to find the tanks rusted shut. Ferrellgas was horrible and unresponsive and said they would be out in about a week. Called St Joe and as a new customer account, they were amazing. They are sending someone out today and we have fired Ferrellgas. Since Ferrellgas bought Williams Panhandle, the customer service has gone to nothing. We want to support the local businesses not the big corporations who care nothing about you.

Very cool lighthouse and with fabulous views. It is taller than it looks. I would not recommend purchasing tickets at the visitor center if you have any phobias of tight spaces or heights. There is also a height restriction for children who are under about 4ft due to safety reasons. The stairs are narrow and quite steep and it is a trek to climb up but the view is spectacular. The grounds lead out to the shore. There are picnic areas. Great place to walk to from downtown.

We were on vacation and it was too chilly to spend the day on the beach, so we went exploring. At $5 a person it's worth the experience, even if it's just a few minutes to take a few pictures. Not a bad climb up to the top, but it is very narrow. It was rather windy the day we visited, but the view was spectacular!
