Captain Todd was the best Captain we dealt with all day!!! He was funny, full of humor and a great guide! I would highly recommend this tour. It was fast paced during the open water and very informative during the canal portion. I would highly recommend this tour and Capt Todd!!

Our fifth time visiting Florida and this is by far the best tourist attraction we have done. Started with a beautiful morning, we were met by Grace and Richard who were welcoming and excited for us to do the tour. The lake setting is stunning and the safety brief was quick and straight forward. Out onto the lake piloting the boat yourself makes it a unique experience! You get to go fast and then you have little inlets and access ways that slow the tour down for a good mix. On the way out you get 20minutes on a large lake to go as you please and to push the little boats as hard as you can. Cannot recommend this tour enough, book it you won’t be disappointed!

We called Clement's after our pool was damaged by another contractor during an unrelated remodel project at our home. Mark was essential in making sure the repairs, surface, and tile were done correctly. He is extremely thorough and knowledgeable and pays great attention to detail. Misty's professionalism and talent for design made selecting the surface and tile colors easy. I sent her inspiration pictures of pools and colors that we liked and she narrowed down my options so I wasn't overwhelmed and made sure we got the look we wanted. They installed a new pump and salt cell and made the care instructions very clear and easy to understand for proper setup and maintenance. They have gone above and beyond to help us and we are so grateful. Melissa in the storefront is very knowledgeable and helpful and Scot has been instrumental in troubleshooting and guiding us through the repairs. Attached are before and after pictures.

We have dealt with Clements Pool Services for a number of years, and have always been happy with them. This week they installed an electric pool heater for us. Scott was on time and completed the work much faster than we expected. Everything came out perfectly and we couldn't be happier. Scott has always gone above and beyond with his service.

They did an amazing job. Everyone involved was professional and completed everything much more quickly than I expected. They were incredibly understanding when prior work being done on the house delayed them for a week. They were quick in getting it rescheduled. My kitchen remodel project was fast, efficient, and accurate. We are so happy with it. His organizational skills and ability to lead the job with professionalism and expertise are second to none. He made sure to keep in touch with us and give us information every step of the way. The various contractors and DA employees we dealt with were all professional and friendly. One of the standouts was Ray who did our tile, backsplash, and various other jobs with the project. He always started the day with a smile and was friendly and approachable 100% of the time. Stinks off and on so much, some days practically stings your nose, which is obviously above safe levels. Been in violation of regulatory codes multiple times and just seem to don't care. Probably doesn't help that Mount Dora keeps letting developers build massive numbers of new homes everywhere around town, increasing demand for infrastructure. We're moving away asap. Mount Dora is quickly becoming like all other greedy tourist towns with no concern for what made it special in the first place. Sad to see, but we will be moving somewhere that money won't take away the old growth and beauty and animals, and it's cheaper to live... hate to see this. UPDATE! The recent ongoing study of the smell in the area was recently concluding that the smell was not from the plant, and yet it is here that the smell is strongest, right across the road. More condemning is the fact that since thre study on the plant began, the scent decreased in frequency drastically..coincidence? Or... Still have some rough days, but sure it's nice that some public attention actually got the plant to being their levels under legal requirements instead of blatantly letting it harm others in the area.

Orange County residents near the Lake County line live near this wastewater treatment plant but have no representation as the City of Mount Dora is in Lake County. The commissioners only got concerned with our complaints of odors when we attended the city council meetings with TV crews and got on the news. The city denied any problems and delayed signing a CO (Consent Order) with the Florida Department of Environmental Protection for months.

Twice this department has lost the bank of America bill payment, both times the Bank has shown proof of timely payments, the first time my power was shut off without notice, with late fees and reconnection charges. THEY need to be held accountable for losing payments, rather, THEY take the position THEY are infallible!!! NEWS FLASH, the Bank proved payment both times, who's at fault here, evidence points to the MT Dora utility department!!

Recently moved to mt dora and had a $735 water bill last month. I called and they said they had read it twice as it was so high but never notified me, just sent the bill. I called when I received it and they said there were no leaks and therefore I would not qualify for any help or reduction. I called this month to see if it was going to be that high again and I was told they had already sent me the last months daily usage and read the meter twice last month so I would just have to wait until the 23rd of this month to see if "it fixed itself". What kind of mentality would make a water company representative tell me such a ridiculous thing? I'm in disbelief of the poor customer service.

The staff of Mount Dora Utility Department Water Utility are SECOND TO NONE!!! I have never worked with a better crew! Prompt, knowledgeable personable and professional from the people on the desk to the guys on the street. Keep up the good work!!!!!

Traveled tonthosnplace from.Astatula due to the website saying that its Free tomuse for Lake Counth Residents.When I arrived with my trailer loaded with nothing but old cloths and house hold items( nothing Hazerdous BTW) they said i couldnt unload there but instead go to.thier Apopka porperty not more than 6 miles away.When i arrived to.that location.i wqs told.it wpuld be $165.00 to offload no more than 350 lbs of light trash whi h is the minjmum charge.Communication amd Adverstising needs alot of work

Tom provides great eco-friendly pest control at a reasonable price. He have been wonderful in their service by coming every three months to spray the perimeter of the house and other focal points.
