With the store under new ownership, I have to say it was a pleasant experience. Of the 6 different coral stores in the area, this, while not the most packed with "stuff," provided the best customer service and advice. The owner is currently rebuilding and stocking the store, but it is a pleasure to work with and had corals and supplies I was looking for. I would recommend anyone to come in and give this store a good look around.

My Saltwater Tank Disaster: Let me start by saying this is only the second time that I have done a review like this. Just think folks need to know… In the 10 months that Aquatic Underworld has been servicing my Saltwater tank, it has been at least 5 different guys that have come out to my house.... More importantly, my tank is a complete disaster due to the lack of true “Saltwater” tank experience on their part. To make matters worse, the owner called me last Friday (2 Feb 24) because there was a miscommunication on their part and the maintenance guy (who would have been the 6th different guy to come out) didn't show up. The owner is the rudest, most disrespectful person in customer service that I have ever spoken with, this includes almost 30 years of military travel around the world. I have paid Aquatic Underworld hundreds of dollars over the last 10 months, and all I have to show for it is a Saltwater tank that is a complete disaster. Additionally, based on their lack of experience and greed, I will have to spend hundreds of dollars to just get things back to normal. With that said, it’s the lack of accountability, professionalism, and attitude (especially by their leadership) that's really shocking to me. ______________________________________________________________ I am back....I missed your very inaccurate response because I don't make it a habit giving out bad reviews... I tried to keep it professional but seems like you took it personal. So here we go... everything you listed in your sorry response is a complete lie. You acquired the company at the same time of the issues at least that what I was told. I only spoke to you once... which was the last day because your attitude was garbage and thanks for confirming it with your no accountability response -- you proved all of my points for me. Lets talk facts for a second...I have (still) dozens of text highlighting the issues as well as what was done (and not done) to include paying for "mileage" really... My tank was NOT looking like that before "Aquatic Underworld" started maintenance.... by the way, it looks fantastic now...So thanks for showing your true colors in your response.. By the way, my dialog with the former owner (Nathan) highlighted all the shortcomings of his maintenance team/company.... And obvious from your response -- seems like you fit right in. Rude and disrespectful and no ownership (literally). How about at least 5 different guys in 10 months -- in some cases 2 guys came just to "hang out". This is not my first rodeo - so I know more about Salt Water tanks than you think -- just easier to have "qualified" folks maintain but I've learned my lesson - thanks Kevin. And I have been maintaining my tank since. They did not appear to be trained in the details of salt water tanks -- rather just water change outs and very minor stuff. I know YOU live in a world where facts don't matter but they do in my world -- so my goal is to set the record straight for other consumers. BUYERS BEWARE!. Good Day Kevin.

Small little aquatic store. Came to look for some fish to buy for home but found they had mostly a saltwater selection. They do have some shrimp, hermit crabs, and exotic fish but the selection is limited.

Stay away from these people who caused me to get very medically sick due the improper way they remediated the mold in my rental home a year or two ago. I have been pleading with them to supply me their insurance claim information as they are required by law to do pursuant to FL Statute 627.4137 but they have refused over and over to talk to me about it ir send me the claim carriers insurance information as they are required to do by that law. I ingested toxic black mold and they were fired after the rental company discovered their negligence, along with me ,when I had to go to Lakeland Regional Emergency Room the morning after they put some cleaning solution in my ac unit to remove the mold in the ac where I found black toxic mold in the air vent. Subsequent trips to Winter Haven Hospital and a return to Lakeland Regional again, all in the same week, left with black mold in my body that I need to have continued medical treatment for, yet they refuse to comply with the Statute listed above. If you don’t want get very ill w ongoing medical problems like mine, please avoid them completely and find a reputable company to perform this work that they boast on their website to be “the very best at”. Best at making you sick from THEIR negligence and all of my personal belongings had mold on them and they were told by the remediation report to bag and seal them and put them in the garage while they out up plastic barriers in the home which the Environmental Protection Agency says must me done to remediate properly to prevent further mold exposure and they did none of that. The rental company had to pay for our hotel room fir a month until they fired Hydradry and hired a more qualified firm to finish the work. No remorse at all over my situation or they would provide ME, the claimant, the information they are required by law to do the cited Statute. The owners who I finally chased down after trying to get the information from, were very non remorseful and the owner, Greg Davideit, Brittany Davideit, have both refused to comply with my request so that I can obtain the medical treatment I need and determine what my future is after injecting black, toxic mold! And I have pictures and recordings of it all!!!

They were contracted to remediate mold in our house and lied to our face from m the beginning. We were told that my family would be taken care of and 2 weeks later, the air quality tests revealed that the mold spores were still at toxic levels but my family was given the go ahead to move back in. They are more concerned with money than their job, and in our case, the safety of the family. Despicable!

We had a fire in our, and we lost and devastated. Our insurance company sent hydradry out to help. The crew knew exactly what to do and worked quickly. The managers and estimator understood our needs. Hydradry put entire home back together, and thank them so much.

These guys met with me and were able to quickly and professionally take care of my issue. Handling everything from start to finish with my insurance carrier keeping me informed until the job was complete and my family was able to move back into our home. I would recommend them to my mother. Their two technicians, Nick and Flavio went over and above to make us happy.

We had a wonderful experience with Georgio and crew. We are very pleased with our dock. They communicated well and did everything they said they were going to do in a timely manner. We definitely recommend to everyone.

We checked out 3 dock builders and met with all of them. We then checked out the quality of docks they built and compared pricing as well. Water Ventures has an excellent reputation in our subdivision and am quite surprised more people have not left him good reviews! Georgio built our docks in Dec/Jan 2019 which consists of 2 lifts plus a 30' floater. He did a great job! We had open and frequent communication and he built just what we wanted and always as discussed. I would highly recommend him to all for quality and timely work!

We hired Water Ventures June 1, 2021 in writing to install a boat lift based on a mutual friends recommendation and a Oct/Nov 2021 start date. 11 months later nothing. They suggested I could always switch vendors since they don’t require deposits. OMG. They do respond to emails with the same story but no structure or scheduling. They have cost us a lot of time and money with no remorse. I’m hoping they come through very soon and I will update accordingly. PS - boat hulls damage sitting in the water continuously unless painted properly. Just a heads up. More to come Delia.

Protegrity Restoration Came right out when I called, they actually came in the evening Ryan did a great he knew what he was doing. Very professional and courteous. He even removed his shoes when he had to enter my house to check for any other areas that were affected by the leak in my garage. He did a great Job setting up the dehumidifier to leave for a few days to dry out my ceiling. 4 days to dry it out. Then to close out the Job they sent another worker Martin He was very courteous and professional took down the covering from the ceiling . He also took his shoes off when he came in to my home I appreciate that so much as I don’t wear shoes in my house from the outside. I recommend Protegrity Restoration they do awesome work and worked out a generous price, still a lot but that’s what these jobs are costly . I was very satisfied in the end . I will keep there unfortunately and call if I ever need them again. if I could give 10 stars I would they deeper e recognition. Thank you so much Protegrity Restoration.

Absolutely, unequivocally amazing! Thaddeus came in, was polite, kind, and charming with us, and gave us significant information to make an informed decision. Up front, he told us up front that his company works with the homeowners insurance company, which is a huge headache as a family, and that we would only have to pay out deductible. I was stressed, since I'm used to others attempting to find ways to nickel and dime me. And I even spoke to Thaddeus about this, making sure that we'd only have to pay our deductible. He reassured me and everything turned out exactly as I hoped! When the workers arrived, they were courteous, kind, and helpful. The whole time, you could tell that they were conscientious of our home and the craziness that is our family. They were absolutely great! Anthony was fantastic! He had all the information we needed, coached us up through the process, and was kind and patient with us throughout the entire time. I would highly recommend this company! They were good to my family. And that means a lot.

Amazing company to work with. I received a phone call on a Monday morning 2 weeks ago. The crew came out the next day. Very thorough in the entire process they handle all of the paperwork with the home owners insurance. I had no idea what to do they walked me through the steps explained very clear and broke it down so even a person like me could understand. I am looking forward to having all the repairs done by them. It’s been smooth sail. So a big shout out to Thaddeus, Krystal, Nathan, Anthony, Lucas, and Frank.
