Restoration Kings completed remediation related to Hurricane Helene. It was very refreshing to not be pushed to an online form or an 800 number. Nick actually answered the phone and was able to squeeze us in. He was very easy to work with, had great communication and fair pricing.

I called on Friday evening to get a hot water heater replaced first thing Monday morning, and we placed right on the schedule. Tony arrived on time, assessed the situation, and provided me with a price which was less than the estimate I was given on the phone. He quickly got to work and replaced the hot water heater without any issues. His work was clean and professional. Will definitely call again with any plumbing issues I have.

Henry is super attentive and always shows up on-site 2hours after you call him. If you need a big crew he can bring that or he can handle it by himself. His prices are also extremely reasonable! Some restoration companies have charge me $60 just to bring a ladder. Not Henry he does good work at an honest price. Can’t complain

Unfortunately, my father passed away last week after an accidental exposure of Covid-19. my mother became ill as well and spent five days in the hospital but was blessed enough to survive. I heard about Henry Powell and his business, "A Bio Decon" from a friend. We had to have their condominium cleaned before my mother could safely come home. Henry was responsive immediately and answered every question thoroughly. He came to the condo in a timely fashion for a reasonable price and gave me the peace of mind I needed to allow my 84-year-old mother to safely return. All U Need has consistently done a great job in servicing our house for bugs that came over from an apartment move this summer. German Roaches are never fun, and A.U.N. was the only company to both answer the phone when i called, but also to be professional in applying the product. I followed their advice to prep the surfaces and pulled out the dishwasher, and they did their work very timely. they were also ringing the doorbell at the exact moment of noon as they scheduled. I don't recall someone being on time from any tech...so it was well received. they also did a spray of hornets nest since we have their full lawn care package...which shows that when you buy their product and services, they keep their word to support you when a surprise pest shows up.

This is a great company in the community, and their employees, including Kenroy, offer exceptional customer service and are pros at keeping the pests at a minimum! We really appreciate their work!

Tampa has some of the worst city water in the country, high mineral counts and corrosive and staining chemicals. The city water is harsh on skin and clothes and not to mention bad for house plants. I was searching for a whole home treatment filter and in doing research I found a local business that provides one of the best filters available on the market. Called Stephen, he replied quickly, he scheduled to come out to my house shortly after and within a few days from my initial call, my house now has cleaner water! Installer was quick, courteous and thorough. No more calcium buildup for me, no more sick houseplants and no more deposits clogging my showerhead and faucets.
