Having a substantial experience with tradesmen and contractors I can attest that J Rice plumbing goes way beyond the average mediocre . J Rice’s work is on the level of a highly skilled artisan his approach to challenges , his organization and attention to detail are akin to an artist than most people’s expectations of a plumber . I had the pictured sink installed which required the removal of a two decades old original . The operation was extremely challenging ; the outcome was immaculate. Highly knowledgeable, exceptionally skilled, and very competent. I had my kitchen disposal and the seal between it and the kitchen sink replaced; the valves under the kitchen sink and kitchen sink faucet assembly replaced; the flushing mechanism and seal, between the tank and one of my toilet bowls, replaced; and the valves under a bathroom sink and associated sink faucet assembly replaced. Jeff spent a considerable amount of time making absolutely certain that all his work was completed correctly. Great at diagnosing problems. I definitely recommend!

The pressure relief drain line had water running out on floor from hot water heater. Called J. Rice plumbing and explained problem, told him the brand of water heater, he knew right away what the problem was. Showed up on time with correct parts and was extremely efficient, professional and completed repair in less than a hour, parts were under warranty and the charge for his time was very fair and reasonable. Will certainly use him again in the future, and would very much recommend.

There are several washers that have been broken since I first came here… But it’s relatively clean and you have a great view while you’re waiting. I like being able to use an app to pay instead of quarters.

I come in every Sunday morning to the place being trashed. You charge us top dollar to use the machines that you can't have people come and clean the place. In the last 2 weeks I've gotten here there's somebody sleeping in a chair. This is absolutely ridiculous you should show a little pride in your product not have a place always trashed. Do better

If I could give this place no stars I would. There is no here to help. The change machine did not give me back the correct change. I put in 20$ and only got back 15$. I also saw the same machine do the same thing to someone else. She put in a 10$ and only got back five quarters. Not only is this place small and dirty, the people that own it must like stealing from their customers. They have a number to call. You call the number and the person tells you to text. I texted the number and it has been over 25 minutes and no one has contacted me. This is my first and last time I will ever come to this laundry.
