This family owned and operated plumbing company is TOP TIER! I requested service for a water pressure issue and they showed up the SAME DAY! They took no time to solve the problem, install new water pipes and hook my water pump up properly. Very cost efficient! The gentleman that came out was very polite and respectful and able to answer any question I had! Will definitely be my only call for any plumbing needs!

The people at Quincy waste had to work on Christmas Eve. I think that deserves a five star when it comes to the workers. Maybe not so much for the county for making there workers, work on Christmas Eve. I would have been happy to wait till after Christmas. Thank you to the workers

Super bunch of friendly folks at the Quincy Transfer Station who take their jobs seriously. The grounds seem to be organized well. You drive to designated areas on the yard to unload different types of waste. Wished their Saturday hours were longer. To recycle plastic bottles, cardboard, etc. there is a fee of $3.00. (This is a disappoint) They gladly accept tires for a fee. $10 per tire without rim and $15 per for tire /rim attached. Your vehicle is weighed upon entering the grounds and prior to leaving. They accept credit cards but do not accept cash. Pleased to see they have sanitizer at weigh station when checking out. Overall experience at the Quincy Transfer Station is pleasurable.

Wow! What a hard working company. They say “it trickles from the top” and Allen Suber sets the bar very high. We have an old AC unit with a mind of its own. Winton Suber Heating and Air Conditioning worked long and hot hours until they tamed our beast! My husband and I HIGHLY recommended this company!

AC compressor froze up so placed a call and was told that it would be about an hour. About an hour later, received another call and was updated that it would be about another hour; it is nice to have someone follow up and keep you informed. The technician showed up (I believe it was Juan) and he was very professional, knowledgeable and personable. Troubleshooting/repair was completed quickly.

Today, a service technician from Winton Suber's Heating and Air Conditioning came out to check my airco which was just not working properly. I explained the issues (fan kept running, not properly cooling in the summer, not properly heating in the winter) to the technician, and based on that he pretty much immediately knew what the issue was, went in, confirmed the diagnosis, and repaired it. I was fearing that I would have to spend many hundreds if not thousands, but the repair was very affordable. I can very much recommend this company!

This company was very responsive and prompt. Barry came out to look at the work that was needed and made some suggestions. We were very happy with the work that was done and they made extra sure we were happy before accepting payment. We'll certainly call them again when needed.

What a joke and embarrassment for the city. You call, call, call some more but they're not going to pick up the phone. And when you do finally get someone, aka the mayor, they promise to have someone call you back in just a few minutes......aaaaannnnddddd....nothing. They don't care. They'll come cut your power 1.5 weeks after the bill comes out but won't even pick up the phone to take a payment. CITY OF QUINCY.... YOU'RE A JOKE.

Terrible excuse for a power company. They shut down my power to my guest house after I paid my bill. No one answers the phone the person who is in customer service (Abigale) needs to find a new occupation. Do better or get out of the way.

The utilities are always having issues. The power constantly goes out.

Horrible experience with Mr. Lewis. He told me one price . He did not complete the job and stated he had to come back in 3 days to finish.He charge me a lot of money and wanted me to pay more when he come back. He is unfair,does not keep his word. Do not call him for anything!

Mr. Lewis installed a hot water heater for me on a very short notice. He was very neat and professional. I have found my plumber and will not hesitate to call upon him should I have any plumbing need. He is very good!

Returned my call quickly. Mr. Lewis made an appointment for same day. Called before coming and showed up on time. Very polite, friendly and professional. He did the work quickly, he was neat and answered questions. Definitely reccomend him and will use him again.

I tried to get them to pump my septic tank. I called and they set me up two days later to get the tank pumped. No one came and I called. They said he had a funeral. I then asked if he could come first thing in the morning. Next day, no show. They gave me the guys phone number. I called, he asked for my information by text, I sent it, and he said he could come in the afternoon. Well, it got to be 3:30 and no show. I texted him a couple times earlier, no response so I texted him “ don’t bother coming.” I found someone else who will be here in the morning. I call the main office and told them what happened and they only said they were sorry. I normally don’t write negative reviews but this was very unprofessional -

Hired Tracy After Hurricane Michael to make repairs on my mobile home. Had new flooring put in throughout home. Boards lifted in kitchen. Now I trip on them. Tried calling Tracy to address this problem, never took care of it. Also had my deck painted. Paint was applied very thin and now is coming off the floor of Deck. I finally got a hold of Edgar Cano who was the sub contractor. He promised me he would come "next week" to fix my floor. Well next week never came. Shotty work, unreliable. He took my money & ran.

Awful person. Bad attitude. Very bad temper. Unprofessional. Sloppy work. Used a sprayer and got paint all over lights, etc. Talked to his workers like crap. Would never let him on my property again or recommend him to anyone.

My first encounter with Samford plumbing was I had a leaky return pipe and it was not obvious where that leak was. He found it and fixed it. Second encounter was my shower drain was not draining. The problem turned out to be outside. Roots had infiltrated my outside drain pipe. He quickly identified the problem and fixed it. Third encounter was my water pipe under pressure cracked due to freezing temperature. It started to leak in my attic. He quickly arrived on the scene, got the main valve turned off and and quickly found and fixed the pipe in my attic that had sprung a leak. Always competent. Every job well done!

My mom’s bathroom toilet was overflowing as a result of a sewer line issue. I called Samford, and they were immediately on it. The technician went straight to my mom’s house (even though it’s a few days before Christmas and most plumbers weren’t answering the phones), and he found and repaired the problem in no time. I’m truly grateful. I will definitely use them in the future.

Called Samford Plumbing on 8/24/15, early that morning explaining that I had a leaking water line in the bathroom and needed some assistance. I explained that I worked in Tallahassee so I would need to know ahead of time when he would be heading to my address. He was very professional. He called an hour before to let me know that he would be at my house at 1:30p.m and believe me he was there. He fixed the leak an helped me with an additional problem I had. All in all Great Service!!
