I recently had a Kinetico water filtration system installed by this company in my Floral City home. The same technician who installed it, was the one who came to the site to give me an estimate. The technician, Don Livermore, was very professional, he answered all my questions, and he worked relentlesly under the Florida Sun. The system looks amazing, neat and properly installed. Before the installation, the water had an unpleasant taste and smell due to the high Iron ratio in it. After the installation, these issues are no longer existent. I'll be installing an under the sink RO system to increase the drinking/cooking water quality. It was very smooth to work with Don. He showed up earlier than scheduled, and he worked diligently to my satisfaction. I greatly recommend this company for your water filtration needs. Thanks! Eli

I would not recommend this company to anyone. I called with questions about a system at a new home that I bought. The woman said she would have her tech call me to schedule a visit. This was on Monday, I told her I would be available all day Friday and would let the tech know when he called me. I got home from work on Tuesday to find a bill under my front door mat for services and parts. There was also a flyer for a new system with a price written on it and a note saying the cost of today's work would be deducted from the price of the new system. The water was still coming out black and stinky so his service/parts were not helpful and I still have no idea what the system does or how to use it. I called the office but no answer or machine to leave a message. I called the following morning and was told that this is a courtesy service that most of their customers appreciate so they do not have to take time off of work for the tech to come out. I informed the woman that I wanted to be there when he came out (which I had already explained to her) so that he could answer my questions and explain how the system worked to me. She said she would schedule him to come out on Friday morning, which I agreed to, but then said to have a check ready for the work he had done on Tuesday. She was shocked when I told her I would not have a check ready and that I would be crazy to pay for him trespassing on my property and altering my water system without my consent. She argued that they had already done the work so I had to pay to which I explained it was unauthorized work and I am not obligated to pay for it but when he comes on Friday I will discuss the system with him and if the parts are in fact needed I will gladly pay for them, otherwise he can take them back and I will not pay for them or his time. So, I get up early on my day off to deal with this mess at 8:30am. He has not showed up by 9am so I called the office and the woman tells me that he left the office, she assumed he was heading to my house and I should keep waiting. I finally left at 9:30 to run a few errands. I came home to a notice on my door that he had stopped by and then received a bill in the mail that afternoon for the "Services" on Tuesday. This scam is poor business practice and completely disrespectful to potential customers. I did have a wonderful experience with another company who came out at the scheduled time, tested my water, explained how the system worked and how the new one would improve things and even installed the new system that very day! now that is how you treat customers to have referrals and return business!!!

Justin was very easy to work with. Understood what I wanted and eager to get the job right. Showed up when promised and didn't try to add more cost to my project. Did a great job as shown in the before and after pictures. I recommend him and his team!!

All Jax came over to take out some solid cinderblock pillars in my yard, and Justin and his team did an amazing job!! They came prepared, and were super easy to talk to. Scheduling was amazing, they were quick and easy to schedule me and even helped me by fitting me into their early-day schedule, since I had a deadline on the project. They’re very professional and are proficient in their craft! They got some concrete slabs out of the ground that were surrounded by electrical wires, plants, and neighbors’ fences! They operate with ease and precision, 5/5, would definitely recommend for any kind of demo job u need done!

Todd and his crew did a fantastic job with renovations in our home. We had to fully gut our walk-in shower along with mini projects throughout the house such as lighting changes, removing cabinets, huge wall mirrors, shelving inserts in the wall, etc. Todd and his team were helpful and nice, prompt, provided updates, and job well done at the end. We hired Veterans Construction to pretty much rebuild a wall in our living room... Not really knowing what direction we actually wanted to go but the old, outdated mirror and windows had to go. Long story short, a few days later we had a beautiful "new" Ship Lack Livingroom Wall. The whole process was very easy for us as Todd and his crew were very clean and professional. We have since hired them to do some other odds and ends around the house.

Was redoing my bathroom and got 2 estimates, Veterans and another company. Veterans was more expensive so I chose the other hoping to save money. The other company did a terrible job and it had to be tore out and replaced costing me double. I called Veterans out again and had them fix the shower and they did a wonderful job . I wish I would have hired Veterans in the first place, it would have saved me money
