We got our first Kinetico back in 2012. When it was time to replace some systems, we came back and we are so happy that we did. The team here is fantastic. Matt came to the house and not only took care of the issues that we were having, but then offered some perfect solutions to address ongoing concerns. He worked directly with the owners to find the parts we needed quickly so we didn't have to wait for quality water. They worked with us on budget and installation was a breeze! Matt was so friendly and helpful. We felt safe with him working on the premises and he was very respectful of our time and property.

Wisdom was my technician. He showed up before the scheduled service time. His knowledge and professionalism was second to none! Very satisfied in the work and all the explanations to the work completed. Will definitely do business again for yearly service.

Another beautiful trail. I saw fields of beets and maybe honeybees farm? ‍♀️ . If you walk there during hot day make sure you bring lots of water and hats because there is no shades. But it is beautiful when it is not hot. Oh we ended up walking almost 5 hours because the trail took us near I-4 . So we walked the old polk road back to the car and wheeew!!! that was dangerous road to walk. There is no side walk that is why

F.O.W.A. Stands for Florida Onsite Wastewater Association , Inc . The facility is very clean and the grounds are immaculate. The class my husband was in was very informative and the Instructor was very knowledgeable and had a good personality. The classes were both in classroom and also out in the field so it was very hands on. It was great seeing Roxanne again and we loved meeting the new instructors. Overall a very good experience.

Guy and John were professional, friendly, and prompt. The air quality noticably improved by the time they were halfway done cleaning the air ducts.

Look no further than Dirt Busters for your carpet/floor cleaning needs. They do the very best job of anyone out there. Remember when a business "cared" about their work they did for you? This company cares. They are prompt on arrival, reasonably priced and I would refer them to anyone. It was so refreshing to get what I paid for and more. Great Job Dirt Busters. You are #1 in my book.

After speaking to an actual person to schedule my appointment to have my floors cleaned. I also added duct cleaning. I had no idea my floors could look so good and how dirty my air ducts were. As the saying goes, you don’t know what you don’t know. My technician was very polite and did a great job. I felt the price was very reasonable, but most of all the end product, floors, and the duct cleaning was fantastic. I will definitely be a return customer.

Our insurance company got us in contact with Branamjames Construction after we sustained significant water damage that required all of our tile floor to be replaced, that included redoing three full bathrooms. I am giving this 3 stars because in the end the quality of work was good and we had a good experience working with Nathan. The reason why this is marked down by 2 stars is from the fact that this project went so far past the timeframe communicated, and from the numerous difficulties we encountered when working with Kelly. Anyone working with Kelly should know that you will need to carefully look over any estimate from her, line for line. We found several pricing errors that would have resulted in us overpaying significantly if we did not catch them. One example of this would be we communicated with Kelly that we did NOT want the water closet in the Master Bathroom to have the walls tiled, in her initial estimate she included the water closet to have the walls tiled which cost an extra $2,500. Another example for pricing error would be our pocket door, the door we selected the price included the door framing however, Kelly had a separate charge of $800 for the door framing. If we did not catch that we would have ended up paying for the door framing twice. There were several others but these are just a couple examples. One delay we encountered towards the end of this project was our window ledges, we were switching out the wood ledges for white marble that was included in our contract from the beginning (this was not a change order). Nathan could not schedule them to be installed until Kelly had ordered them. It took several weeks to hear back from Kelly about the window ledges and in the end her response was "I do not recall us talking about the window ledges, would you like me to get you pricing?". At that point I had to take a screen shot of her own contract where the window ledges were included and send that to her. Organization and attention to detail are not Kelly's strong suits. After the plans and estimates were all singed and agreed to Kelly told us this would be a 5 week project (start to finish). I called Kelly before booking our rental to verify that 5 weeks is how long we would need to move out of our home and book this rental, she said yes 5 weeks. I would like to emphasize that there was clear communication between Kelly and I about this being a 5 week project because as we approached week 14, Tony from their office tried to say there was some misunderstanding and that this was never a 5 week project. In the end this project took 23 weeks total. One of the major delays in this project was at the beginning, they demoed our home the first week as planned however, they did not have any contractors lined up for install. Three weeks went by with no progress, we were told that in those three weeks they were collecting estimates from contractors for install but the quotes were coming back "too high". After three weeks of nothing being worked on in our home our insurance company had to get involved and only then did they hire contractors. If we did not have the involvement from our insurance company I do not know how long they would have been dragged this out. Another thing I would like to mention is that during this project all of our tools from our garage were stolen. I would like to end this review with a positive note about their Project Manager Nathan, he communicated with us throughout this project and really did the best he could to get the delays mitigated. Nathan went the extra mile for us in the areas that he could, which included working late and doing things hands on himself to make the house livable for us to move back in at the 15 week mark. It was a joy to work with Nathan and we would work with him again in the future.

Derek from branamjames construction did a wonderful job on my kitchen. Derek was very helpful and was always there with feedback and if we needed anything from him. If I every need to do another renovation I will definitely call them and let them do the job and I really appreciate anything they did for us. I really recommend them to anyone who is looking for a great company to go with go with them. Also thank you Derek you are the best you made my kitchen just want I wanted. Also wanted to thank branamjames construction for doing a wonderful job on my kitchen.

After having a Roofing Company ruin our home due to the negligence of removing too many shingles at one time and not having a tarp, IT RAINED IN OUR HOME! We had a ton of water damage. Our floors buckled immediately, there was 88-100% of moisture in multiple walls, and we had several ceilings water soaked, and brown water spots all over several ceilings. We contacted our insurance company because the owner of the roofing company REFUSED to call his, we were assigned Branamjames! From day one, Jimmy and Jennifer were a pleasure to work with. We were going through an incredibly stressful time, and had to move out of our home for 3 months for the repairs to be done. Jennifer was very helpful, easy to talk to, and informative of what was going on with our repairs. Tony and his crew packed up our furniture and relocated it to a climate controlled storage unit. They were very efficient! G-man and his crew worked quickly and efficiently and were easy to address any concerns we had during the repairs. They handled EVERYTHING! Jennifer helped me immensely with the finalizations of a deep construction clean, and touch up paint, and pack in of our furniture. The last week went picture perfect! We are so grateful to have been able to work with a reputable, family owned business to help us with our needs during a nightmare of a situation.
