Thank you so much to Lenny and his crew. They are fantastic people, very professional and kind. They came in after a pipe had a leak in it behind a wall in the bathroom. All the water damaged wall, cabinets, etc were removed and any mold remediated the right way. Every part of the process was explained thoroughly. They took excellent care of all our furniture, etc while this was going on. Everything was wrapped and protected. Then we just had to pick out new cabinets and finishes. The samples are brought to your home so it makes the whole process a lot easier. They rebuilt it all and the bathroom now looks brand new, updated and beautiful.

Goliath is an excellent restoration company. When we had the fire sprinkler system malfunction at my work, I was tasked with selecting a restoration service. I called around and was recommended Goliath. When I called the office manager was very professional and informative. The protect manager called me and when over what needed to be done. About 35 minutes later 6 big trucks pulled up and several technicians got to work. They worked with me figuring out a plan to keep things going while they could still remove the water and dry everything. They were very meticulous and did a great job cleaning the carpet and fixing the ceilings. Thank you for making me look good guys!

He diagnosed the problem over the phone with me so not only helped me fix it right away but explained what I needed to do to fix it without charging us at all! Great honest company! These guys are the best! I was given the run around from Manatee County's totally inept staff. Mike the GM actually answers the phone. Good luck getting a call back or speaking with anyone at other backflow providers. Don't make a mistake. Go with Waterworks and not anyone else.

Overall, Outstanding! I Highly Recommend! Courteous and prompt service. I placed a call at 8 in the morning and within 3 hours my leak was fixed without any extra or hidden fees. With the previous company, which was arranged by the former home owner, I am still waiting for an emailed quote, not even a service date, after 5 days and 3 phone calls. This is a business with integrity and the person who fixed my leak had a positive and very helpful attitude. I'm new to the state of Florida. He took an extra measure to give me some helpful information regarding my irrigation, which was not related to the service call. He went beyond and I'm very grateful.
