I'm visiting my daughter in Miramar. The amenities were phenomenal. The swimming pool was super clean, as was the tennis courts and the children's playground.

It’s a great housing complex near Miramar pkw, they have a nice pool, jacuzzi, ténis country, basketball court as well, my favorite part it’s the huge lake, it’s the beauty of the condo. The houses surrounding the lake was a great idea. There is 3-5 different style of houses, some with more rooms and some with less rooms. Very chill and relaxing atmosphere for all types of people. Wonderful GL Community with Guard Gate, Clubhouse, Gym, on one of the largest lakes in South Florida. Luxurious Homes and centrally located with easy access to I75, fine dining, great shops, A+ schools, and soon to be Miami Mega Mall.

Nice place to visit. The Association needs to do more landscape maintenance since the homeowners are paying the fees.

Really nice house is really big view from the backyard of the house however some backyard do not get it in and it’s just A hill going down to the water

**Update-it has now been over 6 months since I sold my property. I still have not had MY money returned to ME. This is the most corrupt government agency I have ever dealt with. They can’t even tell me why they haven’t refunded my $. *Update 10+ weeks later my check still has not been mailed. I never missed a payment, I never had a late payment, and they can’t even refund my deposit within a reasonable time. The County/State needs to step in and take over. No one can tell me why the check hasn’t been mailed yet. I sold my property and closed the account 6 weeks ago. They still have not mailed or even processed my deposit return. They also DO NOT let tenants put the water in their names. So INVESTORS BE AWARE. The water will have to be in your name and you will be responsible for paying for it.

Horrible. Water bill fluctuations are ridiculous. They never refund. Bill me for 40 days one month, then 23 days another month with same consumption, no explanations. Crooked company. Too bad I’m stuck as there is no other place to get water. Meter itself is unreadable to I don’t even have a fighting chance to confirm readings myself. Been waiting for a new meter for 3 months now.

I am a owner of several properties in Pembroke Pines. Last year the City voted in a new policy that property owners have to now pay all utilities even if they have a tenant. This is the most unethical as the City failed to manage this with the tenants. So, they pass this on to the landlords to pay and be responsible for their tenant bills/usage. This should be between the tenant and the City not the owner of the property. Our taxes have gone up and they have put this huge responsibility and liability to the owner of the property. This needs to be reversed and stop and the tenant needs to be responsible for their usage just like FPL.
