Water treatment plant - Arcadia

I just recently purchased a home that i have affectionately called "Lemon" because everything that could go wrong had gone wrong within a matter of weeks! Well it was time to get a new water system (unexpectedly of course). Mast Family Culligan came highly recommended. The process from beginning to end was seamless. Tylor came out and tested my water explained everything in detail and broke down the different options I had. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional and transparent, which was extremely important for me considering the investment I was making so shortly after purchasing a home. The crew came out the very next day to install all of my new equipment and haul away the old! We are so happy to not have smelly water! I highly recommend them and if you want a sales experience that is informative and professional ask for Tylor!

Marcus did an excellent job choosing the system I needed based on my water quality out in Alva (near northeast Lehigh Acres/Hendry county). He did a great job getting me a reasonable price on a quality system. I have needed a new salt system about 6 years now and new iron filter for 2 years, and the system installed by Jason is working great. Jason did a very clean install and set everything up the way it needed to be. I took a shower last night and it’s the first time taking a shower and it not feeling like well water. The water felt clean and wasn’t gritty. The blood smell from the iron in our water is gone again too! We’re looking forward to the continued relationship with everyone & keeping our water fresh.

While the Culligan products are very good, the customer service of this location is not the best. We are only in FL for 3 months and have had issues with the invoicing of the warranty plan year after year. They are not very easy to work with even when shown the receipts of payment and email communications between myself and the service department. They are more than willing to walk away from the business rather than work with the customer. I deal with a location in IL and never have had an issue with the warranty plan billing or Customer Satisfaction.

Phillip came by, diagnosed and fixed my issues in no time. My system from Clean Water has been amazing in the 5 years of ownership. I noticed a smell from the water so I called for a service appt. Got Phillip 2 days later which worked with my schedule. He found the issue and replaced the part and changed the filter and since he was there, had the 2 switches replaced. Phillip explained everything to me and the pricing was totally reasonable.

Had a great experience today as Clean Water Systems serviced our reverse osmosis and whole house water. Our tech was Phillip Bruce and he was personable, knowledgeable and I saw him even checking to make sure the counter was dried when he was finished. He definitely tried to leave things as nice or better than he found them. Brian Losh, the service manager, has been phenomenal helping me learn how my system works and rushing over to check on it after a plumber (not with their company) accidentally early messed with the system as he was looking for the water shut off valve. Everyone I have dealt with has been fantastic. Clean Water Systems doesn’t just sell you the system, they provide outstanding customer service after the fact as well.

Have whole house water system. Very happy with Clean Water America. Great communication. Phillip was thorough, explained what he was checking and what needed fixed with approx cost, so no surprises. Very professional tech. Definitely recommend this company.

UPDATE: 9 Months after installation the softener is broken. They came out and put the softener in bypass mode, they said it needs parts and new media as the broken part was causing media to be flushed out, that was a week ago. Calling them several times has not gotten me any closer to getting this fixed. As of this writing they do not seem willing to fix this under warranty. Actually I can't get them to talk to me at all. I keep getting told they will call me back, but they don't. I will revise this review if, or when they fix the NEW water softener. We are very pleased with there service. The office is very professional and responsive. The work was scheduled very quickly and the guys showed up on time. They were very professional and knowledgable. We got a new well pump along with a whole new system. The price was reasonable. I would recommend them to anyone.

Our pump stopped working the Sunday before Hurricane Milton. They were very quick to come out and determine the problem. Unfortunately we needed a new well drilled and a new pump but they worked with us and was very helpful. From the men in the field to the ladies in the office, everyone was very responsive, informative and professional. I would highly recomend them to anyone!

I can’t say enough good things about this company! They’ve been in business a long time and I know why now! From the office (Mandy and Deborah) to the field crew, everyone was professional and knowledgeable! Southern kindness and work ethic! They helped us in an emergency situation get a new well drilled in a very quick timeline, and connect our current filtration system without trying to sell us on something else! We finally have clear fresh water flowing! Thank you!

I have trucks working in this place. Very bad work on the part of the machine operators. You have many machines and all of them are always stopped, only one is the one that pushes the garbage. Super slow to download. The trucks spend 1 hour and up to two in the morning to be able to unload

We are doing some work for DRD and all the employees I’ve dealt with are awesome . Lenny and Julie are very professional and just great to work with. All around good place.

This place only works well for natives, Latinos are discriminated against many laws and they always want to charge you even for entering the garbage dump, some people in the weight are good people, in general this place Latinos are well mistreated, your truck or trailer breaks and they don't let you get help only to be able to charge you, for me this is what Garbage is

Sunstate drilling installed my well for Adams homes 3 years ago. They used the bare minimum that was required. Not only did it burn up but the entire well has to be replaced not just the pump. They are not going to warranty anything. Told me to call another company that told me it will cost almost $10,000 to replace. This is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. Run from these people.not only that but when they did come out one of their guys dropped a bolt or something as they were taking it apart and blamed me because I said a bolt was sucked out during the storm. I’m going to add a picture of where it was sucked out so please feel free to explain to me how this bolt fell into the well. I’m not stupid but the people working for you are. It was sucked out of the electrical portion.

Not at all happy with this company. Had them install a well for lawn irrigation only 8 years ago. During this time, it has constantly pulled up too much sand because the sprinkler heads were always clogged with sand. We also have gone through 3 pressure tanks in 8 years. We moved here from another state where we had a well for whole house water as well as irrigation. When we left that state, the well was 18 years and still going strong! We only had to replace the pressure tank 1 time. So it seems to me that something is seriously wrong when the well here is pulling up too much sand and we've gone through 3 pressure tanks. Last but not least, now I'm told the well is on its way to quitting. I do not recommend this company at all!

This company did the install on my water treatment system. When they installed the drain line for the purge they ran it about 5 feet past the property line. When a construction company was clearing the lot they tore the line up causing my entire system to fall and break apart. Chip told me this is common practice with installs so they don’t kill grass. Sue told me to prove they ran the line and another company didn’t do a repair and place the line there. Sue was very condescending with her tone of voice and ended up hanging up on me telling me she wasn’t going to do anything at all. Very unprofessional for a company to perform work like this and not take responsibility for it.
